After one phone call she was going to send me to her customers houses before ever meeting me in person or even knowing my last name. She was telling me she would pay me under the table because she didn't even know anything about me yet, but was willing to send me to babysit for her company! It was very unprofessional and this is a sketchy business where basically any unqualified person could be sent to your house. If I was a parent I wouldn't trust the sitters she sends.

I contacted her and gave her the hours we needed and the rate we were willing to pay. She said she would set up interviews with 3 nannies and we could select the best fit. When I called her about setting up the interviews she never called back. My husband called 3 days later and she didn't call him back. A week after my first call I called again and her voice mail was full. I emailed her from her website and asked her to let us know if she was unable to help us. She finally called me back that day and said "I'm sorry it has been a crazy week." She then text me and asked when she could set the interviews. I coordinated with my husband and text back that we would be available the day she offered. Not even 2 hours later she sent me a text saying the rate I had given her 2 weeks ago wasn't going to be enough to cover her costs and unless I could increase my weekly rate by $115 she couldn't do it and good luck with my search. I would have had no issue with this had she told me that on our first phone call. She was not responsive and she doesn't seem to be organized. I would not recommend this business to other parents.

Over several weeks (October-November), our child was injured multiple times by the same child, including bite marks and other physical incidents. Some of these incidents were documented with incident reports, while others were not. We also personally witnessed aggressive behavior on more than one occasion. I understand that incidents can happen at this age; however, in our experience the behavior occurred often enough to significantly impact the classroom environment. From what was communicated to us by staff at the time, these incidents were affecting multiple children, and the classroom teacher was also struggling. While a behavior plan was reportedly in place, the incidents continued. At one point, we observed the classroom teacher in visible emotional distress due to the situation. We do not fault the teacher at all; she appeared to be doing everything she could under extremely difficult circumstances. Our concerns were with how the situation was handled at the administrative level and the lack of effective intervention to ensure safety for everyone in the classroom. After raising concerns, communication was extremely disappointing. Multiple requests for copies of all incident reports involving our child went unanswered. While some documentation was provided, we did not receive all incident reports or redacted information related to our child despite repeated requests. In addition, a confidentiality issue occurred in which our contact with corporate was shared with another parent. This resulted in that parent confronting me on school grounds in a way that felt inappropriate and upsetting. The ongoing situation caused significant emotional distress for our family and ultimately forced us to remove our child and secure alternative care on very short notice, resulting in financial loss and disruption to our work and family life. I'm sharing this so other parents can ask detailed questions about classroom safety, behavior management, documentation practices, and communication before enrolling. Every child deserves a safe environment, and every parent deserves transparency. The silver lining is that our son is now in a different school where he feels safe and supported. He has told us he loves his new school and does not want to return to what he described as the "mean class" at O2B.
