They have family movie nights where they play popular movies on a big screen under the stars and provide popcorn and drinks (free). They have plays that the kids watch during school hours. They have music classes, chapel, garden walks, magicians... I don't think there's anything this school doesn't have. Parents provide snacks for the class - which is a plus if you want to control the amount of junk your child eats. They have grandparents day celebrations, breakfast with daddy for father's day and a mother's day concert. There is always something going on here making this place so much more than a daycare but rather a community. While it is Christian based it is not overly pushy or in your face. None of the events I have attended have referenced faith. While there I was on the parent's advisory counsel which allows parents to be in the "know" and have their concerns voiced... and the Director. Mr. Cote is a model director. Always in the classrooms, on the playground, that man is NOT afraid of getting his hands dirty for his school. I had not 1 complaint. This is unlike any daycare I've ever experiences and if you have an opportunity to join - MAKE IT HAPPEN. My child has learned so much and I feel so lucky to be a PCCS parent.

There are many Pros and Cons about this school as I'm sure there are with any school. Personally, we have had some ups and downs at this school that have left me feeling a bit off put by it. (But that was our personal exp) There is a mixture of teachers. Some are EXCELLENT! If you are lucky enough to get one of these thank your lucky stars. If not, hold on for a bumpy school year. The ones who really care about education and not just having a pay check are the ones that shine at this school. And sadly are not the ones usually recognized either. The office staff for the most part are wonderful! There are a few you'd like to bop on the head. Mostly helpful and polite. There is usually a volunteer in the front office helping out as well. There is a full time nurse in site who takes care of everything medically related. The school is clean, like any place in Florida there are bugs but not from dirt. They repaint it the same ole boring colours of cream and turquoise. But the district only allows for a choice between two colours. There is a gym/cafeteria/auditorium. There is a huge back PE area. Field, court and playground. All is fenced in and locked up when school is in. The only way you can get in is through the front office with an ID in hand. There is a library, which is always in need of gently used books. There is a media center and a computer lab. There is no pre-school offered but there are special needs ISD classes. Limited parking in three lots. One of them is mainly teacher parking off to the side of the school. One of front and one in the back by the car circle. You can come have lunch with your kiddo which is pretty cool and they are always looking for volunteers for various things.

I like the structured routine, the caring staff and that she actually learned a few things during her time as a student. I would randomly stop in and have lunch and was always welcomed. I could see the positive way the children interacted with each other. They were very good with parent involvement and would have activities once a month. The prices are incredibly reasonable and they provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. Highly recommended! The happiness of the children attending this school is real!

I went through the accreditation process and got that school accredited. I showed up everyday and never called off unless I was really sick. Well... I was fired on 11/10/21 because I decided that I want to open my own daycare. The owner has known this for the last 9 months and was totally fine with it, but now ALL OF A SUDDEN... it's a conflict of interest and I might try to talk to the parents and take her children to my school. This is all because she wanted me to take over her school and after thoughtful consideration, I decided not to, so she used that against me. I left the school for 15 minutes and returned to get my belongings and she had someone there changing the locks on all of the doors (smh) as if I want to steal her stuff. again, smh. There is SO MUCH that I could expose about this school, but I'm bigger than that so I won't... Just know that my school will be open soon and I am very happy and excited!
