The school is very supportive of the personal goals of each student, guiding them in that direction so they can accomplish their goals. My granddaughters have learned not only academics but social skills and athletic training with the Knights cheerleading team. The holistic approach to education of CAI is brilliant preparing these students for life becoming the best version of themselves, ready to be successful in our society and contributing as a member of a group. That said my wife and I spent a lot of time searching options and found Skycrest to be the perfect fit for us and our kids. I must say that SCS checks many boxes when considering a private school and needs to be on the list for consideration. We have had 3 of our kids attend and can say it was an excellent experience. Were there some bumps along the way? Yes. However, the school's administration is quick to take corrective action and working to improve and correct. That is all we (as parents) can ask for. The teachers we found to be caring and bright. The sports program is the best in the Tampa Bay area. And the facilities are always improving. I would highly recommend SCS, they will get your child ready for high school and life in general.

"My time at Canterbury has been a disappointing experience, to say the least. While the campus may…read moreseem appealing at first glance, the reality is far from the image portrayed in brochures and promotional materials. The academic programs, touted as 'comprehensive' and 'innovative,' fell short of expectations. The coursework often felt outdated, and several instructors seemed disengaged and uninterested in the success of their students. The lack of practical applications and hands-on experiences left me feeling ill-prepared for the real-world challenges in my field. The administration at Canterbury is another major drawback. Bureaucratic processes are convoluted, and getting assistance from the administrative offices is a frustrating ordeal. Whether dealing with financial aid, course registration, or housing issues, I found myself constantly running into roadblocks, and the staff's lack of responsiveness only added to the frustration. Campus facilities, while visually appealing, are poorly maintained. The promised state-of-the-art facilities turned out to be more style than substance. Broken equipment in laboratories, outdated technology in classrooms, and insufficient library resources were a constant source of frustration for many students. The lack of a cohesive and supportive community was evident throughout my time at Canterbury. The student body felt fragmented, and there was a noticeable absence of school spirit or engaging extracurricular activities. It seemed like everyone was simply going through the motions, with little enthusiasm for learning or collaboration. Career services were practically nonexistent. The so-called job placement assistance was minimal, and networking opportunities were scarce. I struggled to find support in my post-graduation job search, feeling abandoned by the institution that should have prepared me for the workforce. In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering Canterbury to thoroughly research and reconsider their options. The glossy exterior masks a reality of subpar academics, unresponsive administration, and a lackluster campus culture. I regret my decision to attend this institution and would strongly advise prospective students to explore alternative educational opportunities." Not only was the school itself a dissapointmen so were the people there the kids were rude and said hurtful things to my kid. The teachers knew about the abusive behavor and did nothing
