On Friday, 7-24-15, I've had another incident with Bay Transit not allowing me & my son schedule a ride I requested on Wednesday, 7-22-15 (scheduled at that time along w/Thursday's they couldn't accommodate earlier in the week per the advice of supervisor Pat Sanders) for Monday, 7-27-15 in which my son needs to go to the West Point Library from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for the work he does there, and 1 hr. at McDonalds at West Point Station right there in town before heading home. They're claiming "unable to accommodate", yet they didn't tell me that Wed. when I scheduled the trip as Pat Sanders told me to do along with my trip made Thursday. If the bus was full then, why wasn't I told then? The stuff they're doing doesn't make sense; certain people are accommodated it seems to me. What's going on here? You all need to look at the paperwork for them. This is why I indicated the things I did on the survey you all sent me; problems here BIG TIME. How do people trying to work meet their work schedule if the public transportation in the area demand you move to their schedule or you have no way if dependent upon them? read more
