We live in San Leandro and park our travel trailer here. Great clean, secure place with awesome owner. Chatted with Louis a couple of times and he is very attentive to all the customer needs. Has clean restroom, dump station and a washrack to hose down your trailer. Pricing is excellent and for a short 40 min drive from our home, perfect location to pickup our camper and head out! We have never experienced an issue with access and the grounds are very well kept. read more

Friendly, good rates, clean and efficiently run. I feel a little guilty leaving but its 30 minutes ( each way ) from my house and a spot opened up 4 minutes from me. I would not hesitate to store here in the future. read more

I agree with all of the other posts, except... The gate locks at 10:30 so if you're coming in late & plan on bringing your RV back in, forget it. Come in earlier or sleep in the Wal-Mart parking lot. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! *Firstly, the owners are friendly and I feel like they cared about me and my fiance as people. They were so low-key, funny and friendly, and always there if any problems arose. Like your favorite uncle. (That's a HUGE compliment coming from me) *When we bought our trailer, these guys let us keep it there until we were able to take it out - they transferred the spot to our names hassle-free and complaint free. He even calculated the pro-rated fees so we didn't have to pay for a whole month we didn't use *When we left, which was today, he pro-rated our fee again over the phone so we got reimbursed for the part of the month we didn't use. *The owner chatted with us when we bought the trailer and got to know us whenever we stopped by. I'm kinda sad to say we're leaving. Definitely would recommend this facility! read more

I truly cannot say enough good things about this business. This family owned business is really spectacular. If there is availability, you can guarantee the safety of your trailer. The owners are super friendly, professional and just all around great people. I am so glad I had the opportunity to meet them and was able to keep my camper here, with the added comfort that this facility is safe, secure and beautifully kept. This is a top of the line rv/boat storage facility. They have all the amenities and it is clean and well taken care of. The owners are amazing and so easy to work with. We had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The owner was friendly, pleasant to talk to, and accommodated our needs. One visit, my RV tire pressure was low and he lent me a compressor to fill it. He accommodated our schedule and was honest and up front about everything. Lot is secure with access until midnight, surveillance cameras, and a gate with a personally assigned code. It was also the cheapest place we could find in or near our area. Great place. read more

Price was great so moved 2 trailers here. Owner was very helpful, friendly, and said he can be reached anytime on his cell phone in case of an emergency which is great. Lot is open until 10:30 and then the motion sensors come on. alarmed, cameras, and if someone tries putting a hole through the gate, the sensor triggers the alarm. There's a place to wash your rv, bathrooms, and a dump station. What else can you ask for??? read more

We have been storing our Class A RV and tow dolly there for the last 3 years. It is family owned and operated by Father and Son Louis SR. and Louis Jr.. It is very secure. Cameras, alarms, razor wire and the owners live near by. Owners are very helpful. A great place to store your RV. read more

Stored a trailer and car for about six months. Friendly folks, great rates, easy access (not 24 hour though), industry standard security, and close to interstate. FYI it is as advertised an outdoor storage so expect dust. read more

After a cross-country drive with travel trailer, Louis stayed well after hours to help with a electrical issue with our SUV. The next time we came to pick the trailer up, said electrical issue reappeared and Louis was as helpful and courteous as could be. The site is very secure and the rate can't be beat. I have been using Bay Storage for several years now. We had out motor home there, a boat and now a car trailer. They are friendly, courteous and fair priced. There are cameras and good fences everywhere. I have always felt my belongings where safe here. The only thing I wish they had was indoor storage because I would have even more business for them. I've been renting here for some time now and have rented more than one slot at a time. The owners are very customer service oriented and are honest people. They're not owned by or affiliated with any large corportation so they are much easier to work with. Separate dump and wash stations, secure gate access, security cameras, motion sensors...I can't even think of how the overall facility could be any better. Even the communication is excellent, I have yet to call and not get an answer from the friendly owners. I would recommend them to anyone! read more
