This was the best storage facility I've ever used! The units are truly airtight and well maintained. After 6 1/2 years, I was amazed that when I took everything out, you couldn't even tell that my belongings had been stored for that long. Everything was in great condition! I also want to give a special shout-out to Juan. He was absolutely amazing to do business with-friendly, helpful, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. The folks here are great! Our U-Haul truck's battery died during…read moremove-out, and we didn't have jumper cables to start it. Luckily, the folks here lended us theirs. The caretaker was super nice and helped us jump the truck, which was actually a lot of work because the battery on the U-Haul is pretty hard to reach (it's under the cab) and the cables were just barely long enough. Without 20+ minutes of his assistance in high 90s heat, we would have been helpless. Thanks so much!

They had a pair of units available in the sizes we needed and along with their availability made this an easy decision. Now the initial cost was acceptable for each (both were not the same size), but then inflation brought the cost per unit up somewhat, and although that wasn't the main reason behind moving out after 6 months (we actually found a place to call our own). The units were clean and we felt secure that our belongings would be safe onsite. The only "complaints" I have would be that online it stated that they had climate controlled units at this facility, they, they did not. The other is that they're not "open" past 10pm (not terrible, it's just tough when I work the late shift at my job).

They prices they advertise online are not the actual prices. They hide the fact that they mandate using their insurance provider. I don't store valuables in my tiny locker so I don't want insurance, yet I am forced to pay for coverage. They raised my rent twice in the last six months. The property is old and outdated, grimy, no climate control, poor lighting, poor security, and zero improvements since I've rented there. Yet somehow my rent increased twice in six months? Homeless are a real issue. There is a homeless camp across the street and many and of them rent lockers inside Stuff N Storage. So don't be surprised when you witness drug use, hang outs, and sleeping while you try and access your locker. I usually like to patron smaller establishments over large corporations, but Stuff N Storage is doing nothing to earn/keep your business or set themselves apart. They are NOT cheaper, cleaner, safer, newer, or nicer than other storage facilities. Canceled my rental and found a better deal elsewhere. Bye Stuff N Storage.
