Then I called and they said they were checking on my claim and that it would not help if I called Blue Cross directly and it would just slow down their response. The professionalism of this placed vanished. I never heard back. I called again and they said that Blue Cross would not pay since they follow Medicare which they acknowledge that they do not accept, However they never indicated that Blue Cross could not pay without Medicare, This practice is not for anyone on Medicare or above 60 because you will be forced to leave unless you can pay cash. When I went they also said that a portion of my first visit would be covered by Delta Dental. No it was not. They sent a bill without any explanation as to what it was for. Upon calling they said it was because Delta Dental would not cover it. It seems like they are ashamed to admit their errors and will just ignore their patients. In the context of being a practice for a select few they should be avoided at all cost. Their doctors may be good but they have poor to non existent communication skills. I wasted two months waiting for a response.. I only got one because I called. I still do not know the status of the cyst I had to have biopsied. This could be a catastrophic mistake.. They were so cognizant of my well being....I was very apprehensive before my appointment. Once I stepped into their procedure room, I was at ease. I just can't say enough about Dr. Vellis, Toby, Nicole, Carolina and the ladies at the front desk. They will always be my "go to" oral surgeon. God bless them!

About one month ago I had a horrible toothache , so I started to look for a dental office where…read morepatients can come to get an emergency help. I have found Aspen dental in Worcester, ma and made an appointment with their dentist. I just want to have an X ray for that tooth was bothering me. But I knew I had an issue with my gum and I believed it was infected and gave such a horrible pain . So, I came to that office in 537 Lincoln st , Worcester , and I had an x- ray there and met Dr Manson Uribe . I didn't ask her to help with all my teeth bc I knew from my regular dentist my teeth were good. But that Dr told me , I should have an extraction for 21 teeth ( 4 are under my bridges ) at a time. And then I will have dentures, that office can do these ones. I was shocked what she offered to me... and I couldn't think right bc of my gum pain and I agreed with her offer. But I called to my previous dentists who I had for 10 years and ask them about that extraction for 21 teeth. They both were surprised. If I followed that Dr offer , they will charge me for extraction and dentures 18.000$... And moreover , their manager open an account with some bank for 13.860$$ , and I still have problem to close that one... So, I can imagine how many patients were cheated by Dr Manson Uribe, and I want just warn people don't go to that aspen dental just bc that office has not honest drs . And more, some stuff don't listen to patient closely and make patient to come to their office twice for the same procedure.

I was going to the Gentle Dental office at the Trolley Yard in Worcester, and went to the larger office on Shrewsbury Street for an implant and crown. Both offices were great, and the doctors, assistants, and staff at Shrewsbury Street are all excellent. I hesitated a bit before going to a large office with a number of dentists, because individual attention, personality, and care, are all so important when you're getting your mouth dealt with, but I needn't have. Dr Klimashov (Dr K) did the first half or so of my root canal procedures, and Dr Arora-Mohan did the rest, including fitting and mounting the post and crown (about 2 years in total). Both doctors were extremely nice, explained everything fully, and worked skilfully and quickly. I was thrilled to find out today that Dr Arora will be my primary dentist there: she is kind, empathetic, and never rushes but gets the job done quick. Dina, who works as an assistant, is equally smart and nice, puts all patients at their ease, and works as a brilliant team with Dr. A. Melanie and the other front desk staff are unfailingly efficient and cheerful, and the equipment in the office is all state-of-the-art and accurate. I got my crown today, and I have already almost forgotten that it's not my real human tooth! Thanks to everyone.

After sitting in the chair for 45 min and the assistant trying to take an xray (even though I already had an xray of the tooth at my cleaning, the dentist came in. Well, I'm not sure what I'll see once I'm in so maybe come back. Bottom line now she says that may need a crown. Why do you say filling and now maybe a crown (said my gums were inflamed). Are they just trying to make more money. So I wasted my afternoon for nothing. Time to find a new dentist.

First: I thought it was a little weird they have you wear a blindfold for the actual sedation, but I thought it was just supposed to help the atmosphere or whatever. It would up being so you don't see the needle. The told me I would be out of it when I was being injected with any needles and wouldn't remember it because of the oral sedation, but unfortunately it's the only part I remember and I screamed because it was so painful. They should have warned me up front honestly about this, but they didn't do now I'm warning you. Secondly, I asked them to make sure to please use a stitch since we were removing a molar and I have poor wound healing. They said they would but when I woke up said they said they were unable to because my mouth was too small? What? I had my wisdom teeth out with stitches applied and there was NO issue there. Because they didn't use a stitch, I suffered a dry socket. It was painful but when I went back they didn't really even look and they were entirely dismissive. It took an additional two months to heal and the additional filling they did fell out. Because the work they did was so bad, I called them up and told them I wasn't comfortable getting my cleaning there and to cancel it and refund that portion of my bill. They tried REALLY hard to get me to reschedule but I have no intention of going back there. They refuse to refund the cleaning they didn't give me however. So basically I have no filling, took FOREVER and was super painful to heal my pulled tooth because bad technique- and no. I wouldn't recommend.
