Dr. Gobran is amazing. I went to see her a few years back, because I haven't found a decent dentist that was a good fit for my family. I was not judged for my long absence. I was treated with respect. Everything was explained to me in detail. That was great. I also loved the fact that they were able to work with my son, who has Autism. That was part of the reason why no other dentist in the City of Worcester had been good enough for us. Not if you want to be treated like a human being. The staff is wonderful. They work with you to get the best care. They give you options. They talk to you about billing and what works for you. Privacy is important to me, and they gave me the respect to discuss our care treatment plans, in a dignified manner. You can't ask for more than that. Everyone is very knowledgeable, not only of your dental care, but holistically when it comes to your lifestyle, if you have any underlying medical conditions. They are just amazing. I finally found a great dentist. It took me many years. Dr. Gobran and her wonderful staff make sure you feel at ease. I have anxiety because of so many bad experiences with a dentist in the past to the point I had to take something to calm down before my appointment. As I kept getting treatment here I found myself not having to take any medication before my appointment. I've had a lot of work done to repair previous damage from other dentist and a lot of work still needs to be done. It's very comforting to know that you can trust a dentist and feel that you're being taken care of without a doubt. The atmosphere is very welcoming, all surrounding areas very clean. All of the staff are wonderful. Dr. Gobran makes sure you are comfortable and pleased with the work performed. I highly recommend this dentist office. I'm a happy, satisfied patient. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Gobran's for a few years now - my wife referred me after she sought out a Dentist who could ease her dental anxiety. I'm not as fearful of the Dentist, but I'm so glad I took her advice. As many of these reviews accurately state, Dr. Gobran and her team are so unbelievably friendly and kind. Even when I know I've been slacking on the flossing and it shows, I'm never made to feel discouraged or guilty. They praise the effort and give kind, encouraging suggestions for next time. I see Cindy for my Hygienist, and love the ultrasonic scaling. I actually wish I could go more than every 6 months because A) having that appointment keeps me motivated to keep my mouth in the best shape I can, and B) I love leaving the dentist with my teeth feeling super clean and healthy. Dr Monica Gobran is THE best dentist I have EVER been to. I am extremely anxious when it comes to dentists and read online that she does sedation dentistry and specializes in patients with anxiety. I went for a tooth that hurt and got a full exam, and we decided on a treatment plan. I also went back to do a deep cleaning, and didn't even need sedation! Hygienist Cindy is wonderful and everyone on her staff is so nice and friendly. This dental office actually cares about their patients and it shows. I cannot recommend enough how amazing this office is. I will not go anywhere else for dentist work, and my fear is almost gone!!! read more

Everyone in this office is super firnedly and helpful. Lisa is very knowledgable with insurance and can break down costs before it's even billed. Monica is a great dentist that carefully reviews everything and makes sure you get done only what you need. They are also great with kids and speak to adults about dental care in terms that we can understand! Highly recommend.
