If they could see me, It was 3-6 day before I could get an appointment. This office made a way to see me within a couple of hours. They were very accommodating, especially kind, courteous, and the office manager made a special effort to explain the meds and even recommended to the Dr that I could benefit from an additional prescription mouth wash, and the Dr agreed and added that to the prescription order. My insurance was never cancelled, though and I still have it). As I was getting the X-ray and the tech asked me why I was there- I told her. Donna, the Dentist's wife and billing person, overheard this and started going on a RANT out loud in the office about how she didn't want me to have any treatments done, that I needed to leave and talking about my insurance. This lady was speaking LOUDLY about my personal information. I had no idea, as I was receiving my cleaning, that she was even talking about me. I just remembered thinking "how unprofessional and rude". She comes in, very gruffly and informed me I would not be getting any treatment and sent me on my way. Just like that. Fast forward to today. I asked for my X-rays over the phone and she refused to give them to me without me paying $25 for a copy (mind you- the receptionist had already emailed me a copy of the first set). She said it was against the law to email them. Fine. You want to make a quick buck. I get it. She IMMEDIATELY calls me back and starts bad mouthing Webster Dental, telling me not to go there and how they have multiple lawsuits because people have gotten their teeth damaged. I said "Ok. Thanks. By the way- I just found out it's not against the law to email X-rays....." Before I could even FINISH she starts yelling at me! SCREAMING at me that it was, in fact, the law. K. Got it. I let her know that her unprofessionalism is the reason I would not be going back. Needless to say- I'll be paying to get the rest of my X-rays on Friday and never returning. I will absolutely make sure others know of my experience. So if you DO decide to go and you've made it this far into my review- good luck and I hope you enjoy your visit more than I did! They had him make appointments every time. Two to three week wait. They should have taken him in the day he called. A month ago while at home just watching tv, the upper partial broke. Another three week wait to see the dentist. A new partial was fitted and ordered. Tonight he left work early to make his appointment only for the dentist to open the box and see that the replacement partial is missing the clasps. Why didn't she open the package to check them out before the appointment? Now he waits again for the new partial to come in. Let's see what adventure this one brings him.

Such poor service. My husband had a crown being made there. It was a month before it came in and it was made wrong Did a second impression, two weeks more and the crown still didn't fit. The dentist said if it doesn't work call again on Monday (no dentist in on Monday) in the meantime his mouth is getting sores and he can't eat because it is so wrong. The dentist should never have dismissed him when the crown was so wrong.
