We call Creature Catchers (CC) as we'd used them in the past to catch a 35pound raccoon in our backyard! CC is a family owned business- husband-wife team, Andy and Sandra. Andy came out and did a complete attic check. He found a raccoon mother & baby(s) had made their home in our attic. Instead of setting up traps, he chose to do an "eviction," which means he banged around with a stick to disrupt/scare the mother (he couldnt actually reach them due to home insulation etc.). That night the mom and babies left!! I HEARD them go:))) No Harm- all good:))! Andy later re-did our vent screens to make sure no more entry points were available. CC KNOWS what they are doing. They are humane, professional, and very communictive. We're honestly telling you- don't search around for another company. When I first called, I was quoted $265 (after a $30 coupon) for exterior cockroach treatment and cobweb removal. After clarifying that I also needed an interior inspection and treatment, the price was adjusted to $320, and an appointment was scheduled for Wednesday between 8-10am. I specifically requested a written estimate via email - which they never sent. A few days later, a technician called to reschedule the appointment to 10am-noon, stating that he was never in my area during the originally scheduled window. To make matters worse, he had NO idea that interior treatment and inspection were part of the job, and quoted me yet another price - $350 this time ! Between the scheduling mix-up, the lack of any written estimate, and the price changing EVERY time I spoke to someone, I have zero confidence in this company's ability to organize and communicate basic information.
