Whatever complaint she had became very small compared to how poor the customer service experience turned out to be. The waiters were great, but her interaction was horrible. Personally, I would not want someone handling customers in that manner running my business. This was our second time visiting. We had no issues at all during our first visit, which made this experience even more disappointing. We believe some coaching on professionalism and proper identification, including wearing a name tag and introducing herself appropriately, would be beneficial. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, we will not be returning.
