Diego went above and beyond to help me buy the property I was looking for. I was told by others that because of the difficulty of finding a property that matched all my requirements and the challenges in funding such a loan, I should be looking at SFR and Duplex properties. Diego from the beginning gave me the confidence that I would get what I wanted and that there would be no issues in funding it. Another point to note is that he was fundamental in getting offers accepted. Before dealing with Diego my offers seemed to be getting ignored. I was competing with investors on the properties I wanted. Diego suggested a few changes to my offers. After those changes were made I felt like we were in the drivers seat. It's amazing how much of a difference the experience can make. Only thing I regret was not coming to Diego sooner. I travel a lot for business and thought this would delay the process in some way shape or form. But, being able to view docs and sign them online was great and kept us on track. If you're in the real estate business, are looking for your first home, or are having difficulties getting a loan don't hesitate in calling Camerra Capital you won't regret it.

Review for Sierra Capital Mortgage - Linda Wilcox…read more We recently worked with Linda Wilcox at Sierra Capital Mortgage and I can't say enough great things about her. From the very beginning of our home search, Linda was incredibly kind, empathetic, and genuinely invested in our success. Throughout a very competitive buying environment, she was consistently responsive, patient, and creative in exploring every possible solution. I truly believe that we were able to secure our townhome in Sierra Madre because of her willingness to think outside the box and advocate for us proactively. Linda not only guided us through each step with clarity and care, but she also truly understood the emotional and financial weight of the decisions we were making. Her combination of professional expertise and human kindness made all the difference. I would highly recommend Linda and Sierra Capital Mortgage to anyone looking for a partner in the home buying process. She helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel hopeful and achievable--and we're so grateful.

Our great friend Christina Villalobos totally understood as well as our real estate agent Cristina with no H. Lol then a year goes by and my husband and I were like it's either now or never. We started our home buying process in the summer of 2019 with the help of Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Villalobos. These women went above and beyond for us and our family. They never failed to meet our expectations when it came to our home searching and our loan process. We would call them at random hours of the day and would always be there to answer our questions. Cristina was on top of everything !! I mean she was planning a wedding and taking care of us all at the same time , when we finally put an offer on our home. We told be aggressive and don't let this one walk away. A day later she called us congratulating on the owners accepting our offer. She always met us there when we needed to do the walk through, inspections I mean everything !! They went above and beyond and I will always be so grateful and thankful !!! Thank you Cristina Rodriguez & Christina Villalobos for everything you have done for us !!!!

We are first time homeowners and were recommended to work with Christy by our real estate agent. We had an unusual situation since our recent work/income history included a few years we spent as expats teaching English in Japan, and in addition my husband had been working steadily as a contractor for a tech company in the bay area, yet many lenders were not considering his income as "stable income". Christy and her team were able to help us secure financing for our first home at a good rate, and we were able to close on time. Just this summer as rates dropped, we decided to reach out to Christy again in hopes of refinancing our loan for a better rate. She was able to find very competitive rates to what we were finding online and once again, her team worked with such efficiency and speed, we closed on our refinance loan MUCH faster than we anticipated! One thing: mortgages and refinances are not just a one-person job! Success is due to all parties involved including yourself. My advice, make sure you know and have access to all your important financial documents, employment history, tax info, etc.; be sure to respond to phone and email inquiries quickly; be flexible! Then it can be a simple process for everyone. Thank you again Christy and team for all your hard work!!
