Trinh and her team were extremely helpful and quick throughout the whole process. Purchased my first home with their assistance and I originally had a lending option going into the purchase but they were able to find me a better rate! Needless to say, it's going to save me a lot of money in the future! They were upfront and clear on what I needed to provide. They heard exactly what I was asking and gave me clear and concise answers. The purchase was a new build so it took 6 months to finalize and they stuck it out with me and treated me like a million bucks. We had a few hiccups due to 3rd parties but they were able to quickly resolve it with their own referrals / teams. Overall, I had a great experience with Trinh and her team. read more

Trinh and her amazing team at T-Max Realty got us into our very first home! We had such a great experience with them when buying our first home - from the home searching experience, to the offer, through the escrow process and loan process. We are now using T-Max to refinance our home as well! Real Estate: We searched on our own for about 6-8 months and couldn't find anything we truly saw potential in. Soon after reaching out to Trinh, she was able to find something perfect for us and had all the qualities we were searching for...except better in every way! e.g. great layout, location, school district, etc. Trinh reached out to the listing agent and secured a deal over the phone...before we knew it, we were in escrow! Trinh and her team walked us through every step of the process and were always there when we had questions. Loan: On the lending side, our case was quite difficult as I was a temporary employee, so we weren't sure if we would get approved. Trinh found us a lender and got us a great rate. We took her advice as far as which route to take (e.g. waiting to lock in the rate, buying down, etc.) and in the end, it worked out for us as she advised with our best interest in mind. Her staff was extremely efficient and diligent in requesting required documents from us and forwarding to the lender. We have since referred friends to T-Max and Trinh has literally gone above and beyond to get the best for her clients. If you are looking for someone who can execute, go with Trinh and her team! We would not be in our home right now if it wasn't for them. read more

My wife and I spent half a year searching for a home. We weren't able to find a suitable place nor an agent who was able to help us with a loan the way we wanted it structured. A friend recommended me to Trinh and upon looking at the numbers she claimed she can help. This was over a year ago. We've been at our new home for near nine months. Through it all, it has made me realized that the phrase "it's not what you know, but who you know" was very true about mortgages. The big banks will sometimes give you great rates, but the small ones survive because they are willing to beat them. It takes both a well learned agent/broker and a tough negotiator to get what you want from them. It wasn't until when i picked up the keys did I see Trinh's picture on the wall. She was the owner of this realty. She helped us in a situation where numerous others could not and i know she has helped at least 3 other friends also attain their homes. If you're having trouble with getting a dream home or just simply wanting to see what your options are, i would inquire at this place. It doesnt hurt to ask, especially if you can save thousands! read more

Ok sometimes people wonder if the reviews are real because either it was submitted by a friend or by the business owner itself. I tell this is not. I am a California licensed attorney and I will vouch for Trinh's ability. Hands down the best lender we worked with and she will commit herself fully just to help you make it work. Amazing ability and nothing but praises from me. Without Trinh we would have not gotten our loan. read more

Trinh IS the best! TLDR: I got the house when all odds were against me thanks to Trinh - T-Max. My adventure: As my first house I did not know what steps to take or what to do. I was a new-grad recently getting a full time job. I understood getting a loan in my case would have been very difficult. I went through two loan officers recommended by my parents (they probably found them on the radio) which were not very welcoming. The other loan officers did not take me seriously and did not treat me professionally because of my age (assuming) and kept pushing me to Realtors that are "the best in OC" to find my home. After getting shown around to beautiful houses in torn down areas and vice versa I got tired of it and stopped looking for a house until a close friend introduced me to Trinh- TMax a few weeks later. Still skeptical I gave it a try. Trinh's team found me a handful of home choices which I felt were well picked and what I was looking for. One house in particular did stand out. I contacted her at 9pm and was surprised I got a response at that time. She looked into the house and gave me details on it (previous buyer fell out of escrow and was put back in the market). With my terrible working hours I was unable to ever get time off until late at night. This didn't stop her from showing me the house on my schedule. I told her I wanted it and the next day the bank responded instantly. This is where my headaches began. With 30 days to close. I had to get my loan in on time with no exceptions. Due to my circumstance it would have required an extension. This was not possible due to the bank and their escrow choice. From the day the bank accepted my offer until the end they wanted me to fall out of it because they had received offers MUCH stronger than mines. I don't know how but Trinh was able to find a way and helped me get my house. There was a lot of things going on during that 30 day period that made my gave up hope but I was reassured by Trinh daily that THIS HOUSE IS GOING TO ME MINES. She kept my hopes up even though I had already given up. In the end I got my dream house and will recommend her to anyone. I would vouch for her for my family and friends because she IS the best. Thanks Trinh and T-Max, hope you can put up with another adventure when i'm ready for round two. read more

If you're looking for a good realtor, TRINH IS THE BEST!!! My husband and I contacted her in June and basically told her where we wanted to buy and what our budget was. She was really patient with us and sent us properties to look at and any one that we were interested in, she was very quick to schedule an appointment. I work full time and come home to "mommy duties" so at times I will be texting her as late as 9pm (not expecting a response at all) and she would literally respond right back! Long story short, we went into escrow with the first home and the loan process was VERY SMOOTH and FAST!! We had loan docs drawn before the closing date but the seller decided to cancel on us days before closing! We were devastated! I felt like giving up because I thought that was my dream house! But Trinh was very comforting and sent me more houses to look at. We went to see a few more and finally I had that feeling where it feels like "home" when I stepped inside this house. The house was listed over our budget, but she contacted the seller and somehow managed to get the seller to accept an offer WITHIN OUR BUDGET!! She took care of everything and all we did was sign the paperwork and loan docs once we closed! We are now homeowners and everything happens for a reason! This house is 100 times better (than the one that got cancelled on us) and it's everything we've always wanted!! THANKS TO TRINH! Go with her and she will help get you your dream house!! I promise you, she will not disappoint!! read more
