Trinh and her amazing team at T-Max Realty got us into our very first home! We had such a great experience with them when buying our first home - from the home searching experience, to the offer, through the escrow process and loan process. We are now using T-Max to refinance our home as well! Real Estate: We searched on our own for about 6-8 months and couldn't find anything we truly saw potential in. Trinh IS the best! TLDR: I got the house when all odds were against me thanks to Trinh - T-Max. My adventure: As my first house I did not know what steps to take or what to do. I was a new-grad recently getting a full time job. I understood getting a loan in my case would have been very difficult. I went through two loan officers recommended by my parents (they probably found them on the radio) which were not very welcoming. The other loan officers did not take me seriously and did not treat me professionally because of my age (assuming) and kept pushing me to Realtors that are "the best in OC" to find my home. After getting shown around to beautiful houses in torn down areas and vice versa I got tired of it and stopped looking for a house until a close friend introduced me to Trinh- TMax a few weeks later. Still skeptical I gave it a try. Trinh's team found me a handful of home choices which I felt were well picked and what I was looking for. One house in particular did stand out. I contacted her at 9pm and was surprised I got a response at that time. She looked into the house and gave me details on it (previous buyer fell out of escrow and was put back in the market). With my terrible working hours I was unable to ever get time off until late at night. This didn't stop her from showing me the house on my schedule. I told her I wanted it and the next day the bank responded instantly. This is where my headaches began. With 30 days to close. I had to get my loan in on time with no exceptions. Due to my circumstance it would have required an extension. This was not possible due to the bank and their escrow choice. From the day the bank accepted my offer until the end they wanted me to fall out of it because they had received offers MUCH stronger than mines. I don't know how but Trinh was able to find a way and helped me get my house. There was a lot of things going on during that 30 day period that made my gave up hope but I was reassured by Trinh daily that THIS HOUSE IS GOING TO ME MINES. She kept my hopes up even though I had already given up. In the end I got my dream house and will recommend her to anyone. I would vouch for her for my family and friends because she IS the best. If you're looking for a good realtor, TRINH IS THE BEST!!! My husband and I contacted her in June and basically told her where we wanted to buy and what our budget was. She was really patient with us and sent us properties to look at and any one that we were interested in, she was very quick to schedule an appointment. I work full time and come home to "mommy duties" so at times I will be texting her as late as 9pm (not expecting a response at all) and she would literally respond right back! Long story short, we went into escrow with the first home and the loan process was VERY SMOOTH and FAST!!
