After having an offer accepted on our new potential home, my husband and I got as far as putting down the good faith deposit, having the appraisal and inspection complete before we were notified by the original lender that we were turned down only 2 weeks before the closing date. I was so upset after getting the news and had some friends suggest we just try a different lender. Our realtor wasn't ready to give up on us not getting the house either and contacted Chris Zichichi and gave him our info. Chris contacted me that same day and worked with both my husband and I to begin the process all over again. Not only was Chris able to get us approved so we wouldn't lose out on the new house, but he was able to close escrow on the original date planned. He worked hard to get our loan done in such a short amount of time and was on top of keeping my husband and I informed thru the entire process. He was truly a pleasure to work with and I recommend him to anyone especially someone who has been turned down. Don't give up...just contact Chris Zichichi! read more

When purchasing a home there are usually feelings of excitement and stress. It's a big decision and the loan portion is a lengthy process that requires patience and a more importantly a great mortgage broker. My husband and I were fortunate enough to be referred to Chris Zichici. Chris really was able to work within our means and found us the perfect loan that would accommodate our situation. Chris really loves what he does and it shows through his work . He was very personable, honest, motivated, and always available when we needed a question answered. He guided us step by step through the loan process and was even able to get the entire loan closed and funded ahead of schedule! Which meant we were able to move into our dream home early. We cannot thank him and his firm enough for making our dreams of owning a home again possible. If you need a loan please give him a call. read more

I was having a not so pleasant experience with a mortgage broker to refinance my moms home her credit score was outstanding, she had a comfortable amount of equity and a decent income. I couldn't understand why another mortgage broker was giving us a hard time. We finally contacted a friend who is in the real estate business and he referred us to Chris at Franklin Loan Center. Chris was honest and direct he kept high communication standards with us even during the weekends just to make sure we had all the paperwork we needed. Chris was diligent in making this a pleasant experience. We cannot thank him enough. I got to have the pleasure of getting to know brandy zimprich. She was my loan officer on my first house I bought and I can truly say it was a great first time experience. The biggest thing I liked was my first time speaking with her I had so many questions and we talked for about 45 minutes which she didn't have to do. However she said she was their to inform me on all the information I needed. Brandy got things done fast and she was very great as far as communicating to me about everything. If I had a question she was there to answer it. I never had that feeling of being left in the dark and not knowing what was going on. I would most definitely recommend her to everyone! read more

Let me just say, Brandi Zimprich is the best loan officer I have EVER worked with. Every single question we had was answered and not by just email... by a phone call. We were always just a call away and if she was unavailable... she would text and let me know she received my call, and would call me shortly- which she ALWAYS did. I can admit, I was very nervous about our transaction because I was unfamiliar with the process, but Brandi explained every detail and of I needed it, over and over again with no hesitations. Thank you so very much Brandi for all of your hard work and I look forward to going to you over and over again for all of our future loan needs!!! read more

I referred Chris Z. Of BANC Home Loans to take care of one of my clients. She texted back to me that not only did he help her but he was one of the most knowledgable loan officers that she had ever spoken to and wanted to work with not only him but with me and my associate as well (since we referred Chris to her). He is a brilliant, hard-working, and easy-going lender. His first and foremost objective is to educate his clients (and their Realtors) about loans and mortgages so everyone isn't just on the same page but that everyone is comfortable with where we're going during the purchase. Would highly recommend without question. read more

I work for the same bank as Mike Clark and I met Mike while training with my new boss Maribel in early July. I referred my daughter Adrianne to Mike for a loan, and I can't thank him enough for a great job he has done with the whole application process and prequalification of a new loan in process for my daughters first home. She has informed me how pleased she has been with you with all of your expertise and guidance. This is much appreciated by both her and myself, so thank you, thank you as you made this an easy process for her Mike Clark. read more

My wife and I financed our second home through BANC home loans and were introduced to Brandy Zimprich. We worked with Brandy for just about five months, and I can not say a single negative comment about her. Brandy was always two steps ahead of the process and never left us scrambling for anything. She always had our best interest in mind and earned our trust as a loan officer but, more importantly, a friend and part of our family. I would recommend Brandy Zimprich to anyone and know they would be well taken care of. read more
