After five months, I can confidently say that this company has kept their word and stood behind their work. Back in April, I started noticing a lot of droppings in my garage. I carefully read Yelp reviews, received quotes from three different companies, and ultimately decided to go with this company. They responded very quickly, and after they completed the work, I didn't see any more droppings for about five months. Then last week, I noticed droppings again and immediately called them. Nathaniel came out the very next day, found a new hole, patched it, and set new traps. As he was leaving, he simply said, "Keep us posted." That is exactly the kind of service I appreciate. Knowing that I can contact them anytime during the warranty period and that they will actually come back and take care of the problem gives me real peace of mind. It makes me feel that the money I paid was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Nathaniel and the team, for standing behind your work and providing such dependable service!

My former tenant was a hoarder which gave rodents a proper area to nest. My current problem (fortunately) was that the infestation was no longer an issue but I still needed to clear the violation. I learned quite a bit from him and am very thankful for his honest feedback!

Since last year,…read morewe had been dealing with winged ants coming into the house from time to time, often in large numbers. I tried many different methods, including sprays and caulking openings, but the ants still kept coming in. After reading many reviews, I decided to look for professional help and found Exotek. Todd got back to me within an hour and was able to answer all of my questions. The whole process of setting up an appointment was quick and easy. Nick came to inspect my house for both ant and rodent issues, and he was very thorough. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how clearly he explained the situation, answered my questions, and provided different options. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of detail, professionalism, and service they provided. I have lived in this house for over 40 years and have worked with a number of pest control companies, both big and small. I feel like I have finally found one I can trust. Exotek provides detailed inspections and real solutions, rather than outsourcing the work to another company. I'm thrilled with their service and have signed up with Exotek for continued monitoring because I trust their work. I know they will help safeguard my home from insects and rodents. I look forward to continuing to work with Exotek.

There was an issue with a short circuit because a rat chewed through the insulation that we didn't notice until the weekend, but Carlos responded immediately and came over to fix the issue. We are so grateful to Carlos and the Attic Crew for helping us with rats in the home, helping us feel more confident about keeping them out for the foreseeable years, and for all of their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise! They worked with us to customize their work to our coastal climate and were very transparent about exactly what materials they would be using (all top of the line, industral-grade!). I have pets and toddlers and they took my concerns about chemical disinfects seriously and offered several options to make sure I was comfortable with what was used in our home. They really seem to take pride in their work and enjoyed sharing before and after pictures to demonstrate all the improvements they made to our crawl space. Excellent, thorough termite treatment -- two years later, still termite-free!…read more Terrence at Priceless Termite Control did a fantastic job addressing a serious termite infestation in my shed back in the Fall of 2024. I intentionally to write this review to make sure the treatment was effective, and I'm happy to report there has been absolutely no recurrence! The infestation was severe. The wooden floor had been almost completely eaten away, to the point where I could actually hear the termites moving and communicating beneath it on quiet days. The floor had been built directly on dirt, and despite using pressure-treated beams, it provided an ideal pathway for termites. Terrence thoroughly addressed the underlying problem, removing and hauling away all the rotten flooring and treating the ground beneath it. He even helped move a large, heavy marble slab that was blocking access to the work area, without any additional fees or complaints. He also provided advice on rebuilding the floor to prevent future infestations. I particularly appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done right. Two years later, the shed remains completely termite-free. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Terrence and Priceless Termite Control!

That's exactly the type of professional I want because you can tell they truly have your best interests in mind. His team was also great when it came time to do the work. They went extra distances left and right to fix things along the way and point out new issues. I hired Omega for a WDO inspection and paid approximately $600 for the inspection report. What I…read morereceived was a combined report that included a substantial quote for repair work from Omega that I had never requested. I contacted the company and specifically asked for the inspection findings without the repair pricing. I was told they would not provide the report without the repair quote and that "a WDO inspection includes prices for repairs/work." My concern is straightforward: I requested and paid for an independent inspection, not a proposal to hire the inspecting company for thousands of dollars of repair work. The inspection findings should be clearly separable from an unsolicited sales estimate. Based on my experience, I would not use Omega again for a property inspection.
