So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks.
