Went here this Saturday i wont recommend this place small details for me makes a huge impact i…read moreshould have went with my instinct and removed it before going to this place but i am so busy and did not able too remember to do it. What happened is they did not remove my microphone which it was attached to the radio hoping i thought they just tucked it in where it was before as soon as i inspect it where it used to be attached to the corner of the glass notice that they cut it so basically they destroy my property they could have just called me in the waiting room and could have just pulled it off easy instead of them cutting it and Now i don't have a microphone on my car monitor to answer people pretty disappointing. Plus i can agree with the others that left negative review about them leaving your car with glass shards and dirt is true i don't mind it but beware.

My wife's windshield had a crack at least a foot in length and getting longer. So I started to get…read moremultiple quotes over the phone. After calling around to 7 different businesses I found this one to be the best bet. It had numerous good reviews on Google and Yelp. Not the cheapest but not the most out of all the businesses but it is fairly priced and they have a lifetime warranty on the glass. Friendly staff when I dropped off the car. It took them around an hour and a half for them to replace the windshield and they do quality work. Overall, I would highly recommend this business. Good luck!

I called on a Wednesday to set up an appointment for Friday and my information was taken and I was…read moretold a time frame they would respond out. Friday comes, I wait all day and never heard from them to say they were coming. I call around 3 pm and the man who answers the phone doesn't seem to know about my scheduled appointment and said I will call you right back and hangs up immediately. I never got a phone call back. Its now the weekend and most places don't do service so my damaged windshield has only gotten worse.

I was hoping to give this place a great review because they were able to come out same day but…read moreeh... Here is the Reader's Digest version of my issue: So I was sitting in my car in the parking garage before I went into work and all of a sudden, my driver's side front window just shattered! Nothing hit it, it just shattered and thankfully it didn't fall into my lap, it stayed in place. My husband googled some places and I called around and ended up calling American Auto Glass. (They must work with Budget Auto Glass because they were the ones who actually came to do the job). Anyway I explained what happened and the person who answered was helpful...friendly NO. whatever. He said that someone might now be able to come out because it was raining. I explained that my car was inside of a parking garage. So he said he could have someone out late morning and that they'd be calling me. I hadn't heard anything so I called back just to see if the time we selected was still fine. Reason being is that I understand he's on the go and sometimes they may not be able to come at the time planned PLUS I had to use my lunch break for this. So I called and the man I had spoken with earlier sounded like he had an attitude that I even called to follow up. "Well I told you he would call you. He will be there at 12:30." RUDE! Anyway, I clocked out at 12:20 so I could start my trek in the rain to the parking garage which is about a 5-7 min walk from job. I get a call at 12:22 from the guy who is coming to fix my window and he says he will be there in 30 mins. -____- Anyway, He shows up at 12:56 and replaces my window. Didn't take very long at all which was only thing on the list of things that were positive about the entire experience. I asked him how this may have happened and he said "someone hit it." And I said that no one had, that I was the only person around when the glass broke and then he says it may have been a crack on the edge of my glass. That made more sense. I thanked him for coming out to replaced and he just nods his head yes.............ok. He then goes on to say, " you're going to have to pay for me to get out of the garage."LOL... you know what. it's the holidays, this guy fixed my window and I don't have to drive in the rain and worry about glass falling in my lap so I let it slide. I had no problem getting him out of the garage but his tone was just awful. I can tell good customer service is not stressed at all with this company. As far of the price. I had to bite the bullet and pay the $163 because other placeI called was cheaper but were stated they don't provide their mobile services in the rain. Bummer Anyway, two stars for fixing my window same day but nothing more than that due to the nasty attitudes and being late. I will definitely look elsewhere for my glass needs next time.

I'm not happy with this Safelite location…read more Through my insurance, I was scheduled to take my car in for window replacement on Saturday, 4/4/26. I dropped off my ride and my keys at roughly 8:30a with the guarantee and expectation that this service would be completed by 5:00p. The tech who worked on my car, Benjamin, called me around 3:30p to confirm that my car would be ready. In turn, I made arrangements to be dropped off at the Safelite Greenbrier location to await completion and then drive home. I arrived a little past 4:30p. I checked in with the lady at the front desk and waited in the lobby. I waited past their posted closing time (5:00p) and didn't hear anything until Benjamin came to get me just before 6:00p. He gave me my keys, and while we were walking to my car he quietly said, "I have some bad news." Of course, a window switch broke while he was working on my car and he wasn't able to immediately repair it or replace it. I waited roughly 90 minutes on site, when I could've been at home, to receive a broken promise. Service wasn't completed as guaranteed and I lost personal time in their lobby awaiting an incomplete job. Benjamin stated he/they would have the replacement part sent in (he quoted a turnaround time of 3-4 days, then they will install that part free of charge (an appointment wouldn't be scheduled until the part arrived). That means I have to take more time out to either bring my car back in, or Safelite can come to me (this option wasn't available when the part finally arrived). Either way, I'm still driving around (with basically a hole in my car) for longer than I planned. To add insult to injury, I received a text on Monday (4/6/26) morning stating the service was completed. Since I was already leaving for work, I immediately drove to the Safelite Greenbrier to follow up & confirm they are actively working to resolve the matter. I spoke with a manager, Lucas, who assured me they will order the part & get me scheduled as soon as possible. He provided me his personal cell phone number in case I have further questions/issues. So this is a mess. Safelite, after nearly 2 weeks (and multiple visits to Safelite Greenbrier to follow up), finally finished servicing my car on Friday, 4/17. I'll give them points for knocking this second service out (I dropped off the whip at 7:30a, they were done by 9:00a), but I was essentially left with a hole in my car for nearly a half-month; the hole just taunting someone to break-in again. What's worse, I didn't actually receive an apology from Safelite Greenbrier. Apologies were given to me via Safelite's customer service line (and my insurer), but that's only because I called to complain. I shouldn't have to chase businesses to obtain status updates for an issue that was created via the business (Safelite Greenbrier admittedly stated they were at fault). For 2 weeks, I visited them, called Safelite corporate, and called my insurer just to stay in the loop and hopefully expedite this process. Instead, I felt ignored and placed at the back of the line. Hopefully my car won't suffer another shattered window so that I won't have to opt for Safelite in Greenbrier. Since my insurance works directly with them, in the future I'll use another location, despite the Safelite Greenbrier's close proximity to my office. JV
