I called this shop, and the owner told me he would take care of it, and boy, did he. I couldn't be there after nine am to drop the vehicle off, but he has a drop box option where you can park the car and drop off the keys. He was very communicative throughout the process and spent all day working on my car. It wasn't ready until 3 p.m., and it was evident that they had worked hard to clean it. The smell and dog hairs are gone. He even recommended that we change a filter he suspected was full of dog hair. He even showed me how to access the filter and where I could purchase it. It didn't fade just a little, it faded to the point that my windows are now clear. Yes, there's a lifetime warranty which is nice. The tint they used in 2022 was Avery Dennison Automotive Window Films. Avery is known in the industry for wrapping cars not window tint. My tint at 2 years started bubbling, and slipping. Then at 3 years the tint is now almost clear. Do more research when looking for a tint company. Ask what tint supplier is used and then do research.
