Instead, she disregarded my instructions and blocked the delivery entirely, undermining the urgency and time-sensitive nature of the filing. Krystin's refusal to cooperate, listen, or defer to the party who actually understands the case was completely unprofessional. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to seek out a more reliable and respectful provider.
