They never told me that in order to get the full range I would have to charge it overnight first. I picked it up the morning we were going; they knew I was heading straight to the park. I don't know if they gave it to me with a full charge or not; it sounds like maybe they were counting on me to make sure it was fully charged, without explaining that to me. If you rent a scooter from them, double check the situation with the charge, make sure you have a full charge before you go somewhere with limited time/ability to recharge. I expressed my dissatisfaction upon returning it, but they didn't seem that concerned. They apologized, but some sort of discount on this rental (which they did not offer) would have made me feel like they were actually sorry.

On The Mend had everything we needed to assure her safety and mobility needs. Very recently, we rented a reclining lift chair for my use following total knee replacement surgery. I was able to set up the entire rental & delivery by phone. They said they would arrive close to 10:00am on a certain date. My phone rang at exactly 10:00am on that date with On the Mend's delivery! Our stairway was too narrow to accommodate the whole chair so the 2 darling, helpful delivery guys took the chair apart and got it upstairs and ready for use! They did all this with big smiles and kept assuring me it was "no big deal". (Believe me, it was a BIG deal!) Today was chair pick up day and I was quoted a time of 1:00pm. To our delight and surprise, my phone rang at 12:59 pm! The two wonderful guys took the chair apart again and carefully moved it down 2 flights of stairs and out of our home.
