It's only about 30 mins from our house in Petaluma. The challenge is FINDING the place the first time. I think that using Apple or Google maps needs to be accented by talking to the folks at Pinocchio to find out how to do it. we just followed Google, but didn't get there and had to ask a worker working outside his place of business and said we took the wrong driveway. And when we did that we saw a sign that pointed to where Pinocchio was. We had a good laugh! And didn't have a problem when we returned to pick up the chair!

They removed the cover/outlet and kept working as if nothing had happened. We need to fix the outlet on our own. 2. The color came out not what I expected. I picked a photo from their website on what I want. They tested on a small patch. It was really hard to determine. So, color is really a roll of dice due to many variables. 3. The most glossy is not that glossy. If you like glossy, pay the extra for the highest gloss possible because even at that level it was a bit rougher than I expected. Overall, they finished in one day. It is definitely better than bare concrete floor. It could've been better.
