I think that using Apple or Google maps needs to be accented by talking to the folks at Pinocchio to find out how to do it. we just followed Google, but didn't get there and had to ask a worker working outside his place of business and said we took the wrong driveway. We experienced some needed changes during the refinishing of our entire house. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. Each step of the way, Ruben would calmly lay out our options, and quickly show us the cost of each option. It was a very large project. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. We stayed in a hotel during the work and Ruben gave consistent updates so that we had a good guess of which day we move back into the house and plan accordingly for that. I was skeptical about the price, but my neighbors had used Gem so I was able to see the finished work, and it stood up well even years later. The pricing is simple - fixed costs per square foot. The other companies gave me a base price but said it might be higher based on complexity. They came to my home twice - once for a site visit and once to do the actual work. They were on time within the minute. They handled every detail of my floor including tight spaces and areas under the bottom stair with little vertical clearance. And when the work was done there was no dust. They must have wiped every surface, window, and countertop. I highly recommend for both the smooth experience and the high quality finished product!
