I had looked into replacing it with a new tub, but the way the tub was built in with a cultured marble surround it would have cost thousands, and I couldn't find anything to replace the surround that would match or coordinate with my shower. He plugged the nasty jets and made them disappear! He took extreme care to get the new finish to blend with the other surfaces in the room to my satisfaction. First we meet in the office to go over colors and fabrics. David had incredible knowledge and great suggestions of what would fit with our space and accounted for our pets. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Took over a year of denial that the cheaper finish was used before finally adding only one coat of the commercial finish. A couple of the newly installed flooring buckled. Took nearly a year to finally agree to repairs, but did not replace buckled boards, as is the industry standard, only tacked backed down so when the boards re-buckled another, months more of repair excuses. An outside Contractor replaced buckled boards, with the promise from Jose that he would reimburse me. Months later, I am still waiting for the promised reimbursement. There are some other uneven newly installed boards that I choose to overlook as they are more cosmetic. I chose this Contractor because of the positive reviews, was not expecting such a poor outcome.
