I just moved to the Saint Cloud area from the cities. I had a reliable mechanic (basically a 3 man…read moreoperation) I had been using for the last 10 years. And he's awesome. But now that I'm up here it's not really feasible to drive an hour south, drop off my car for a day or two, and figure out a ride back up here or renting a car. So I had to look for someone up here. Mike's Repair looked well reviewed so I took a chance on them. Turns out they are awesome too! I appreciated that when I called someone picked up right away in the evening and got me scheduled for first thing the next morning. Car was fixed the same day. Price was reasonable. A bit more than I'm used to, but I know the guy I used to go to was really giving me a sweetheart deal. I think Mike's gave me good value for the money I paid. I have 240k+ miles on this Civic of mine and it just keeps chugging along. So I'm sure I'll be back to Mike's as it needs more work. I'll definitely return!

When our youngest son recently took his own life in his Honda Civic, I went and spoke to the guys at AllCare. No diagnosis, no solution, just a complete waste of my time. And to top it off? They had the audacity to charge me for literally doing NOTHING. What's even more frustrating is that I was referred here by Tire Discount, which makes me question their recommendations altogether. I genuinely believe they just kept my car sitting in the back the whole time instead of actually checking it. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service is absolutely baffling. This place clearly doesn't value its customers and seems perfectly fine with wasting people's time and money. If you're looking for a shop that actually does something for your car instead of just collecting your cash for no reason, stay far away from this place.

My wife and I…read morehave used Joe's Garage four time this past year for both our cars and their service and cost were the best we have found in the area. Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. I told them I could leave it and come back but they said they fix is immediately. I walked the dog around The block snd the car was finished. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. I brought it in and they told me to save money to order them online at Amazon and bring them in and they would install them. I did, we saved money and the brand new headlights look great. Thank you Joe's Garage.

The diagnostic did not cover some key tests I expected as part of a standard diagnostic. They failed to do a full scan of all systems and failed to check previous codes that were causing problems as well. When I asked about further testing, they wanted to charge me extra. I ended up taking my car back without getting any repairs done. I feel like I didn't get the full picture of what was going on with my car. Also seems like they upcharge significantly on basic parts compared to other shops. Would not recommend.
