I accidentally drove to the OTHER Santa Ana location but was able to get to the right one, this one in Friday traffic right before closing. Like, ten minutes before closing. The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.

Craig (I believe was his name) was the first gentleman to greet and assist me. I told him my car make and model and that I needed to replace my battery since I hit my 3-year mark on it and he instantly let me know it would cost $105 (which included installation by the way; what a good deal)! Not only that, he and Juan got started on it right away and it only took about 10 minutes to get it replaced! By the end of it, I had to pay with two cards and Craig kindly only charged me a total of $103.90, I had to give them a 5 star review! He took the time to explain the difference between each type of oil for me which made me feel a lot more comfortable about coming here. I normally go to the Porsche dealership when I need a top off, but there wasn't one in Newport Beach so a European car shop recommended O'Reilly. I asked the cashier if he could put the oil in my car for me and he said sure, found someone to cover the register for him, and put the oil in my car.
