This place is the best! Alex and Johnny really know how to take a golf cart from ok to AWESOME! They took our 95 EZGO TXT Medalist and put an extended roof, battery meter, upgraded motor, windshield, lift kit, spacers and painted it a matte black. I am so glad I found this local company that offered the convenience of pick up and delivery, and were so accommodating to my busy schedule. The communication from Johnny was awesome, sending me updated pics along the way. Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot, you won't be sorry! read more

Very pleased with the 24 hour turnaround on getting my 1950's cart picked up, repaired , and returned.

Be careful with this shop. Started with Manny (Johnny to some) picked up our golf cart and we paid invoice of $1500...no work was done and communication was lost. Finally contacted Alex and went to see our golf cart only to see it had been totally stripped. Requested Alex fix lights and dash and put in batteries. Invoice was paid and when he requested we pick up our golf cart, we noticed that our rims and tires had been swapped out for small tires, one of which wasn't even the same size. He told us that's how he received it and we provided pictures so he replaced our tires. This place is shady. Do you due diligence before choosing this shop. read more

I called this company to install new batteries in my 6 seat golf cart. He said he was the owner and called himself Janus Znieg. He came to my home with another person picked up my golf cart to take to his shop which was open at that time. I waited 2 weeks and called him to see when my cart would be ready and got only answering service. I went to his shop and it was closed down. Basically he stole my cart. read more

My golf cart broke and left my family and I stranded at Friday Night Lights in Costa Mesa. We had to push the cart home! I called Golf Carts California Saturday at 10Am and Henry was at my house by 12 to take a look. He knew what was wrong with it and didn't have the parts on him so they needed to take it to the shop. I had them install a rear seat since they had the cart at their shop. They dropped my cart off Sunday at 12PM! Friendly Good service On time Professional read more

Be careful doing business with Alex! Or getting close to him ! I left my golf cart under consignment for him to sell ! After he sold took him 2 months to give me the check! The check bounced, took him 2 weeks to bring me the money! He took $600 as commission and even though brought $300 short and said to me to stop bugging him! Now I fear for the safety of my house and my family, I fell hostage of Alex he speaks to me on a tone of threat! read more

I haven't written reviews in years, but this guy really deserves them.Mechanic is outstanding, they just resurrected my old golf cart that even never ran since I get it for free from my friend, didn't think that to rebuild gas engine will be so cheap, they replaced full body, plus new lift kit installation the did almost for free, now I have e cool stereo that's sound insane, my kids now having a blast on that thing,it's real-pimp my ride guy read more

Alex said I needed a new controller and told me I needed to give him $500 upfront to order it. He would install it and I would pay him the rest after. Each week I checked on the status and occasionally he would say sorry for the delay now he stopped responding. It's been over a month. I am filing a police report. He stole my money. read more

We had a really good experience with Alex. We bought a used Yamaha golf cart from him and the price was extremely reasonable given all the fixes he made to the cart before we took possession of it. We would recommend him for your golf cart needs. read more

Time for another review regarding the lack of service I have yet to receive from GCC. Once the sale is complete, Alex is a ghost. On the off-chance that he actually returns a phone call and sets up an appointment to service your cart, he doesn't show. This has happen to me three times. So now, between Amazon and YouTube I now help my fellow retired neighbors keep their carts in good shape, and I do it for free. Bye bye Alex. read more

Alex is awesome! He came fast and with a fair price ! Fixed the car and checked everything

Alex is THE MAN!! He literally saved our 4th of July by responding to our panic call that we spun a drum on our 6 seater ez-go. He just happened to have the part on his truck and was on the way to pick up his wife from the airport. He swung by at 9 am, popped the tire off, did the thing, and in quite literally 20 minutes our golf cart was ready to use for the day! Amazing! We knew to call him because our neighbor bought his golf cart from him and had an awesome experience. We wish we would've bought ours from him instead the other HB golf cart place we bought from (who have been atrocious to deal with on all of our issues for our brand new cart). Alex is amazing, don't go anywhere else! read more

Johnny made a simple mistake and there was a decent amount of miscommunication but they made it right.

These guys are awesome! We rented a golf cart for the Fourth of July there was a problem with the battery staying charged. They came back three different times and then refunded a portion of the rental fee. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend them read more

I had a great experience with this team. I was able to test drive and go around the lot with the cart I ended up purchasing the same day. Great service, easy going crew, they deliver for free depending on distance. Alex and Johnny were helpful, not salesman-like, and even offered personal numbers to call if something went wrong. Thank you to this team and the cart is awesome! Customized and looks great on the street, took my little family for a cruise around the neighborhood and it'll be a daily tradition every night. Friends and neighbors might be a little jealous, have already been asking questions and want one now too. read more

I contacted just about every golf cart company in OC to install a speed controller I bought on ebay. One company said it was major surgery and would be $1500.00 to instal my own controller and it would take weeks! I kept searching found GCC and called John. The website said 24 hour service......He really does always answers his phone! John said we do those all the time and charge 85/per HR should be around 3 hours. I was like COOL.......Can you pick-up my cart and do the work and deliver back? I made an appointment for pick-up 3 days later and never spoke again. When the day came for pick-up John called me 1 hour early and said I'm on my. I didn't need to keep checking to be sure they would show up or not flake. These guys showed up on time have triple copy records... and turned my cart into a BEAST that does 27mph! They also checked and filled my batteries and installed 48V to 12 transformer at the same time. I know I went on and on.........But I'm stoked to find local legit guys with a shop to trick my cart out.... who are reliable and reasonably priced. Thanks GCC! Erick, Cypress read more

BEWARE if you are having Alex repair something. He was supposed to rebuild my motor, charged me $800 and it was not rebuilt. Different motor shop repaired it and said nothing was done on it before. He also did some diagnostics on a control box and charged for a new power source and after inspection, he used a used part. He is NOT to be trusted. His golf carts may be " rebuilt " but beware... they may have used or faulty parts.. never will I go to him read more
