I bought a $276 Duracell AGM car battery that came with a 48-month free replacement warranty. Exactly 11 months later, the battery completely died. When I brought it in, the store's own testing equipment showed it would not charge past 6.5 volts. In the automotive industry, a battery capping out at 6.5V means it has a shorted internal cell--a catastrophic manufacturing defect. Instead of honoring the 48-month warranty, this store used a deceptive technical loophole. They have an internal rule that if a battery drops below 10 volts, they automatically blame the customer's vehicle and void the warranty. I have full computer diagnostic logs proving my car's electrical system is perfect with zero parasitic drain, but they refused to even look at them. They just wanted to use their loophole to avoid replacing a defective product. To make an already frustrating situation worse, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional. The clerk, James (initials JWB), actually used my official printed invoice to type out fabricated, defensive, and insulting comments about me to justify denying the claim. When I pushed back, the staff tried to hide behind the excuse that they are a 'veteran-owned business'--while actively using a bad-faith loophole to deny a valid warranty claim for a disabled veteran. Using a hidden policy to get out of a warranty is bad business, but an employee using a customer's official receipt to write personal attacks is completely unhinged. I am currently disputing this $276 charge through American Express and filing a formal complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for deceptive warranty practices. Save yourself the headache and buy your batteries at a standard auto parts store that uses proper diagnostic equipment and honors their word.

We stopped in for a phone battery, garage remote battery and flashlight bulb. They had both batteries, but not the bulb. After looking around, they seem to carry more of the standard options for both batteries and bulbs, so anything special you would need to go somewhere else or go online. Service was friendly and quick, no issues there. Pricing is a bit high, as for 2 batteries we paid close to $25. Overall, this spot serves its purpose when needed.
