I miss placed my key fob and so the auto start doesn't work... I have called Audio Concepts at least 50 times... I am not joking nobody ever answers the phone. They only have an answering service and I've never heard from anybody until after about 40 messages and the owner called me back and said he would work on it and let me know, but I have never ever heard back from him since then and I've left another 10 to 20 messages trying to get a return call ...,ZERO response! I've called other companies and they said you need to call the company that installed it. Everything is specific to that... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUDIO CONCEPTS TO ANYONE!!!! they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NEW AND EXISTING customers in my opinion and I totally don't understand not hearing from Audio Concepts whatsoeve 50+ phone calls!!!! What a joke for a company that expects to get repeat business In my opinion they don't deserve any repeat business as they suck at customer service before, and after the sale!

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this repair shop…read more The first time I went in for a battery replacement, I was told to come back in a couple of hours. When I returned, nothing had actually been changed. My phone still showed the exact same battery health (83%), and there was no system message indicating that any battery had been replaced. That was the first red flag. When I questioned it and asked the technician to open the phone in front of me, he refused and told me to come back the next day. That lack of transparency immediately made me uncomfortable. The next day, after insisting, the situation became even more suspicious. I was shown a battery that supposedly came from my phone, but it had specifications that didn't even match my device (wrong capacity, no Apple branding). That raised serious concerns about honesty and professionalism. At one point, when I stepped away briefly, the technician suddenly "completed" the battery replacement. This time, my phone immediately displayed a notification saying the battery was not recognized as genuine. That clearly showed that the previous visit, no replacement had been done at all. In the end, I requested my original battery back and had it reinstalled because I no longer trusted the parts or the service. Once reinstalled, my phone went back to showing the original 83% battery health, confirming that it was indeed my original battery all along. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. A customer should never have to question whether a service was actually performed or not. Transparency and honesty are essential in this type of business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I would strongly recommend being cautious and asking to see the repair done in front of you if you decide to come here.

I called ahead while searching for a gaming system and was quoted a specific price over the phone…read more I was about 30 minutes away, but with traffic through downtown Atlanta it turned into roughly a 45-minute drive. When I arrived, the employee immediately recognized me and confirmed that we had spoken--but then gave me a higher price than what I was originally told. When I pointed out the discrepancy, there was little concern or effort to address it. That part was frustrating. While I did still end up purchasing the system for less than what other places were charging, the final total included an unexpected $25 tax and an additional credit card surcharge of around 3%. Altogether, I paid close to $70 more than the price I was initially quoted. The product itself was fine, and the base price was still competitive compared to other shops, but I don't appreciate being given one number over the phone and another in person--especially after making a long drive based on that information. Clear and consistent pricing would go a long way here.

I called in every couple of weeks asking for an update and each time was an excuse that the wheel they tried somehow was defective three times over. When I finally had enough and asked to speak to the business owner, they refused and claimed that he was conveniently on vacation. I picked up my vacuum only to find out that it still had the original wheels on it and had obviously not been worked on for 90 days, and offered me only a partial refund when it had been paid in full up front. Their excuse when I went in person to pickup the vacuum? That they had limited technicians so couldn't find time in over 3 months to repair when they estimated one week initially. Avoid this business like the plague.
