My sixth generation iPAD battery was basically dead. It charged super fast and died faster. I bought an Amazon fire 10 to replace it (I basically use my iPAD as a reader). I was not happy with the Fire so started searching for someone to replace the battery on my iPAD. I found Batteries and Bulbs online and called them. They set me up an appointment and as luck would have it, my key fob battery showed up as low the same day. They replaced both batteries for me, and I could not be happier. They were outstanding. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! i went into this store yesterday to buy a battery for my 20-year-old busker's organ. It is an odd item; so i wasn't sure they'd have what i needed. There were 2 nice young men working in the store. I wasn't the only customer; but 1 of them immediately approached me and my organ to offer assistance. Not only did they have what i needed; but they also tested to make sure my organ would work AND then carried my organ out to the car for me. All the time, both were friendly, funny, and extremely helpful. The weird-sized battery from my wife's 2010 Honda Fit needed replacement. Long story short, WalMart didn't have it in stock (no surprise there) and wouldn't look it up or order it for me. I looked it up on their web-site ($117 before taxes at store about 30 miles away). Also looked up Honda dealer, they charge $150+. Batteries Plus charged $101.75 (I did use a $10 off coupon). Friendly guy installed it for me immediately! They've just become my preferred supplier for all of my battery needs. read more

My iPhone 6 battery was "consumed", as they say. I went to the Simply Mac store in town and they told me that they would have to have a service person in the store to replace my battery. Since we were going on vacation, it would be close to 2 weeks before I could get it replaced. We thought of the Batteries Plus Bulbs store and looked them up online. They offered a $10 off discount for an online appointment. I made one for the next morning, took my phone in, and had it back in an hour. Plus it was $40 cheaper with the discount over the Simply Mac store! Wow is all I can say. I recommend the Batteries Plus Bulbs store to all my friends. Thanks for great service. read more

One of the most patient and gentle turnings of an "Oh Sh**t moment - into an "Oh Yeah it's Fixed!!!!" moment. Jacob and Calvin were complete professionals. Our battery (2014 Silverado) died in the parking lot of the shopping center where the Batteries Plus Bulbs so greatfully was located. Jacob walked all the way to us with all the tools to change the battery and a tester and jump box on a freaking tool cart!!! ( how amazing is that! ) I lost one of the terminal nuts messing around so we called in Calvin who drove me to the hardware store to get a replacement one while Jacob stayed with my wife at the Truck to protect her from Evil. Once we got the terminal nut on....... my heart sang with joy as we heard the truck start!!!! The entire staff was so excepting of our needs and delivered exceptional results. One star because I cannot give zero. Hired this company to replace screen on my iPhone. As with other places I agreed to the shop fee of $50 even if the phone could not be fixed. They said the phone was fixed and charged me $116; however, the screen was not working an hour later when I got home. I went back two days later for them to fix it and they stated that they have no warranty. They said the phone was warped. When I asked why they didn't point this out when doing the repair they had no answer. The issue is a poorly made replacement part that they refuse to stand behind. I would not trust a package of D cell batteries from this place. read more

My iPhone 7 wouldn't reliably charge, I expected to need a new battery and maybe a new connector. The person at Batteries Plus looked at it, got tweezers, pulled lint out of the connector, and showed me where In the Settings I could see that the battery still has 92% of its life left. No cost. I'm very happy. Other places might have done the maximum work for the maximum cost. I'm especially glad now that, when I needed $700 worth of golf cart batteries, I went to Batteries Plus. read more

I went in to get a battery put in my watch. Knowing that this wasn't going to be a large purchase, I wasn't sure how it would go - were they going to be annoyed, etc. I'm very happy to write that I was treated like I was the most important person in the store! The man was polite and helpful. (I want to say his name was Elijah) There was another couple in the store being waited on by another man. Not trying to ease drop while waiting on my battery, they, too, were receiving kind, polite and helpful service. Not only did I receive helpful and kind service, I was spoken to with proper social skills. While I realize alot of what I consider appropriate people skills is mostly by my age, I still believe there are basic people skills that everyone should practice - proper English, proper responses, eye contact, etc. He smiled, made good eye contact, spoke in words rather than response sounds, etc. Nice! At the conclusion of my visit, I thanked the young man and was thrilled that he knew to say, "You're welcome." Yes! Kind, polite, helpful, respectful, yes, I will be intentionally visiting the store for my next battery, lightbulb, and cool gadget needs. read more

Started out at Simply Mac in Peachtree City, Was given a price but would have to take my phone to Apple Store in Atlanta for repair of a cracked screen and replace a rear camera as they had no parts. If they ordered parts would take 7 days. Went to Batteries Plus in PTC and was immediately given a price lower than Simply Plus and they had my repairs complete within 3 hours. Excellent customer service from clerk and Store Manager. I buy many products here and am never disappointed including my lawnmower batteries. read more

Phone repair was horrible. It went from a cracked screen to having it sent off for 2 weeks to there National warranty repair office. To get fixed because they screwed the insides up.
