My experience and time spent exploring this Best Buy in my boyfriend's home town was delightful for…read morethe most part. We went in the store knowing exactly what we wanted, so we didn't really need an associate's help. However, none of the associated offered help while we were roaming around the store. Which is usually fine if we knew where what we were looking for is located, but we didn't so we ended up just walking in circles before finding the ancillary computer accessories sections located in the back near closer to the TV section. Additionally, we lingered in this section contemplating on which wireless mouse to get. Although, we had our eye on the one that we ultimately got. Again, some assistance in picking one may have been appreciated at this point. Since we were passing through town and knew what we wanted, the experience was good. I can see how someone else who may need assistance may end up leaving without purchasing anything. The check out experience was fairly standard, and it was the first interaction with an associate, but I guess better the cashier first than the security guard who'll check purchases before you leave.

I was disappointed and ended up with more help at Menard's with better and fewer products. As for little things, I was able to find basic items quickly. When inquiring about washers and dryers (and I already had specific brand and such researched) I felt pressure to purchase. I was inquiring for a daughter out of state and he still wanted us to purchase here and work it out with Home Depot on her end! No way. I like when I just have to pop on for something simple that I know about and need.

I heard Sarazan laughing at how he hates the fake lashes on one of his customers that he seated in a room just a minute prior. I was thinking how rude & degrading. They also are pushy in wanting you to buy their high buck contact lenses. When you say you are buying them online- because they are cheaper, you get treated with big attitudes like you are no longer good enough. It's clear if you go here, that you are just a number so they can milk you for everything in your wallet & then push you out the door. Avoid and save yourself the hassle. This place is grossly unprofessional!

I first became interested in From the Forest flooring when I saw their product in a local…read moreindependent flooring store. Fast forward a few weeks when I was ready to place my order for their Brown Sugar Red Oak engineered hardwood series. I was about to place the order through my local store but they dropped the ball on customer service, so I called From the Forest directly. WOW!! I was so happy I did. Not only did I save about $1.50/sq ft by ordered directly from the manufacturer but I got great customer service (they work with me over the phone and over email). The product has since been installed in our whole first floor and we love it. We even placed an order for more so that we could do our basement stairs and part of our basement bar area. I live in the Chicagoland area and the product has been delivered in as few as 4 days ; so fast and convenient! Highly recommend this company and their floor and I can't wait to try some of their wall boards in the future as well.
