It was a bit odd though as the store was quite busy and it did interfere in the shopping experience as it would stop and start, often in the way of customers. There was only one checkout with a cashier open that had an extremely long line. While not a fan of self checkout, there were many registers open for that. Exiting the store appears to be AI enhanced as no human asked for a receipt when exiting. Just an average shopping experience lacking the human touch.

We have to drive a little over an hr to get to this Sam's Club. We would rather go to a Costco but…read morethe closest one is 2.5 hrs away. This Sam's has limited organic fruits and vegetables and doesn't have a lot of the products I would normally get at Costco all the time like Kerry Gold butter, dark sugar free chocolate chips, Fire roasted diced tomatoes, hard boiled peeled eggs etc. The one thing they do have is delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. This trip there was only one register open with a cashier and there were 16 full carts in line! There were self serve check outs but nobody wants to check themselves out with a cart full. I went out to the car to wait for my husband to check out. I noticed other couples did the same thing. No sense for both to stand in line for 30 minutes to get checked out. My husband asked an employee who was walking by if he could please open another lane and he said he was on his way to do just that. The employee apologized and told my husband they are short staffed and can't find enough people to hire. My husband complimented the clerk who checked him out as the line was non stop for her.

I'm over 60years old; but this idiot at First Supply thinks he's talking to a high school kid. These types of companies think that if they disclose pricing, a buyer might actually save money; oh the horror. They'd rather hide pricing and game customers until an invoice and work is completed. Do they think the public doesn't know these tricks? What a poor way to gain customers. I'm sure going to make my installer go elsewhere now, instead of using this rat hole.
