Mike did a complete inspection and found enormous holes in the duct work that our buyer's inspector obviously missed before we bought the house. He did a complete energy audit which was very enlightening. We also have a comprehensive written report that will go with the house. Mike was very patient and explained what he was doing and why. I'm sorry that we did not retain Inspect it Right for our initial inspection, but should we ever need to have one done in the future, Mike will be our only choice. It is clear he is working for you, the homeowner, instead of some realtor commission. 6 stars if they were available.

Stay away from Kreft Tree Service…read more I signed a contract with Kreft Tree Service that was supposed to be a guarantee of completion in 45 days. It's now been 2 months, and here's how he conducted business: After signing his contract and taking my deposit, he never once reached out to me again. As the 45 days approached, I had to start calling and texting him. Each time, I finally got nothing but excuses or empty promises of new start dates that he never showed up for. At one point, he parked his truck in front of my house for two days, promising the job would be done by the weekend. Instead, he disappeared without a word and went to work another job, clearly choosing projects that were more convenient or profitable. After two months of waiting, broken promises, and no communication that wasn't initiated by me first, his final response was that he "might" start my job if another job fell through that day...the same day he told me he was starting on mine. That was it. I fired him and requested my deposit back. He had already breached his contract date. He has ignored every request and still hasn't returned it. At this point, it's clear he plans on keeping the money for a job he refused to do and for no other reason. To make things worse, he offers "discounts" in exchange for fake positive reviews, which should tell you everything about how he operates. Kreft Tree Service is dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. He didn't just waste our time and delay other projects, he stole our deposit. Hire at your own risk.

There were some hiccups here and there such as incompatible sub flooring, etc. the installers rolled with the punches and did a great job. We were very happy with the selection and quality of products offered as well as the expertise of the installers. It did take quite a while for the products to be delivered and to have us scheduled for install. The installation took quite a while as well with the hiccups but it was worth the wait to have it done right. If you are looking for someone to come in tomorrow and get the job done this is probably not the place for you. If you are patient and are looking for quality over convenience then I would recommend Carpet City 100%.
