More than a month later it was finally ready! I also thought it was weird that I never got a receipt that they took it. When I called and asked about the ring, they told me they hadn't done anything with it yet but it had been 2 1/2 weeks already. When the person who is going to pick it up for me came a week later to check on it the store couldn't find it. They looked in the store couldn't find it. And then they went upstairs and looked all over and couldn't find it. "Oh, it must be at the jewelers getting fixed." They weren't positive. It made me wonder if they even sent it yet. I friendly gathering back, and it looks very nice, but it's definitely not of taken this long. I definitely will never go back to this place ever again, and I recommend nobody to ever go there for anything!

One star because I can't give it zero. I dropped a dress watch to have the clasp/band…read morerepaired/replaced- at which time I explained the issue and showed them the partially broken clasp. They said their watchmaker would come in the following day and took my number so he could call if needed. After two weeks I got a call that the watch was done - only to find out that they didn't fix it and the watchmaker supposedly said it was working fine. If they can't communicate with their watchmaker, and he failed to call me to clarify the issue... WTH? Absolutely horrific customer service, follow up and communication. Can't imagine them doing anything good. They responded poorly when I explained that it wasn't fixed - and even partially tried to blame me for not explaining what was wrong when I dropped it off. If the watchmaker couldn't see that the clasp was broken, then he didn't even look at it. Seriously don't bother.

The response from the business contains multiple inaccuracies. The exact date of the transaction…read morewas Oct 5th, 2013. I did not notice that the coin was a Chinese counterfeit until showing it to several dealers at a coin show in January 2014. From my ebay purchases history: 1919 D, Buffalo Nickel AU (281096684350) $305 schofieldcoinandhobby | 3373 | 99.9% Sale date: 10/05/13 I then emailed them through the ebay internal email function on January 23rd, 2014 with the following note: Dear schofieldcoinandhobby, Hi: Regarding the 1919-D Buffalo you sold me (lot 281096684350) I wanted to thank you so sincerely for selling me a Chinese counterfeit for $300+. - shermae So I discovered the swindle less than 3 months after our transaction, NOT "more than 6 months." You're just flat out lying. And did I receive a message back? NO- they ignored all my messages. So no attempt has ever been made to mitigate the sale of the forgery to me. E.g.- the seller is happy selling counterfeits and rather than trying to make things right by the victim, they ignore all communications and hide behind the relative anonymity of the internet. Lastly- it is not libel when the individual speaks the truth. So if you'd like to vet your claims about libel, I would adore the opportunity to demonstrate how you sold me a counterfeit instead of a real coin. Bob- you've had MONTHS to try and make this right, but you haven't lifted a finger. You don't respond to communications. I've been deceived and swindled by you. Isn't that dishonest and unethical by any measure?
