It's not as obvious, large, or advertised as other jewelers in the area, but well worth taking the effort to seek out. My new fiance and I came with some very specific ideas for a non-traditional engagement ring, and even brought our own stones, and Mary Beth didn't mind at all. She was genuinely excited about the creative process, and now that the ring is on my finger, I couldn't be happier. The work was exquisite and very personal, and we were brought into every step of the process. They are also the only jeweler I discovered who did not take advantage of the "engagement" label price inflation that seems to be the norm at major jewelers.

More than a month later it was finally ready! I also thought it was weird that I never got a receipt that they took it. When I called and asked about the ring, they told me they hadn't done anything with it yet but it had been 2 1/2 weeks already. When the person who is going to pick it up for me came a week later to check on it the store couldn't find it. They looked in the store couldn't find it. And then they went upstairs and looked all over and couldn't find it. "Oh, it must be at the jewelers getting fixed." They weren't positive. It made me wonder if they even sent it yet. I friendly gathering back, and it looks very nice, but it's definitely not of taken this long. I definitely will never go back to this place ever again, and I recommend nobody to ever go there for anything!

One star because I can't give it zero. I dropped a dress watch to have the clasp/band…read morerepaired/replaced- at which time I explained the issue and showed them the partially broken clasp. They said their watchmaker would come in the following day and took my number so he could call if needed. After two weeks I got a call that the watch was done - only to find out that they didn't fix it and the watchmaker supposedly said it was working fine. If they can't communicate with their watchmaker, and he failed to call me to clarify the issue... WTH? Absolutely horrific customer service, follow up and communication. Can't imagine them doing anything good. They responded poorly when I explained that it wasn't fixed - and even partially tried to blame me for not explaining what was wrong when I dropped it off. If the watchmaker couldn't see that the clasp was broken, then he didn't even look at it. Seriously don't bother.
