It's a small building just off of Broad Street. The watch replacement counter was busy, but I only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. Other customers were getting the batteries in their key fobs replaced (I never would have thought to go anywhere besides the dealership for that). I opted for the $24 lifetime replacement, which was only $8 more than the regular battery replacement. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and would recommend this place for anyone else needing to replace a battery.

I worked with Jamie Phelps who was great! Jamie took care of the order and they even provided installation services. This was a big plus as the batteries weighed 76 lbs a piece.
