We tried a dealer and they were not able to reprogram it. They did not try anything else. We decided to see what Batteries Plus could do for us. BP tried one day, but the tool they were using to reprogram it, did not work. They requested we come back the next day when the manager was there. My husband went back the next day and the Manager attempted to reprogram the key fob. Unfortunately this time, the attempt failed. The Manager did not give up and suggested to replace the battery. To their surprise, the key fob worked!!! To my surprise, it's still working after a month. Thank you to the Manager who did not give up and made my key fob work again!!!

Nothing is worse than having your car battery die on a cold 12 degree day. Fortunately with these…read moreguys I really don't have to worry about this. Why can't car batteries just die on days when it's a balmy 78 degrees? Anyways, I have a 2007 Corolla that still had it's original battery. I guess seven years is a good run on a car I barely use, but anyways I got a jump and rolled it here. I've been getting batteries here since I started driving. The quality of the batteries and the service is second to none. Well, I did get a weird look from the service man when I didn't know certain specifications- "How many liters is your engine?" -"I don't know, it's the small one" "You don't know the size of your engine?!?" I'm sorry, but cars are the least interesting on this planet to me. If there were more options for cheaper mass transit in this city or bike riding was safer, I wouldn't even drive. Unfortunately I have to, so as long as it starts, moves where I want it to and has gas, lights and wipers I could really care less. But he was nice enough to head out with me, get the engine size and tell me the options. The cheaper was $89 and the more expensive was $109. Just for the hell of it, I got the more expensive one this time around to see if I notice a difference with a hundred more "cold cranking amps" and I have to say that this car starts better in the cold now than my newer Camry. I've never had any issues with a Remy battery, but the 3 year warranty still makes me feel good about spending that much on a battery. And they're quick. I walked in at 11:50 AM, waited behind someone else for a minute, was promptly helped, slightly insulted (it's all good though), checked my engine, was told the difference between battery options, paid for a new battery, signed whatever and he slapped it in no problem and I was back on the road at 12:02 PM. I will never go anywhere else for a car battery.

Anyways, Paolo (the owner) is incredible to work with. Not only was he able to turn on my water damaged iPhone and restore/back-up all of my data (like photos, apps, messages, etc), but he sat with me to explain the process as I downloaded all of this onto my MacBook and then onto my new phone. Talk about spectacular customer service! I had actually gone to the Apple store and they told me that since my phone had water damage there was nothing they could do about getting it back on. Paolo told me he was able to turn it on quite easily and it really may only need a battery change. He had this information for me within 30 minutes of me dropping the phone off (tops)! My total bill for all of his energy, expertise and patience was only $40. I will never go anywhere else for my iPhone/computer needs in MKE.
