I was having several issues with the controller, but after the repair, everything is functioning properly again and working exactly as it should. Matt was professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire experience smooth. The service and quality of the repair were absolutely worth it. **10/10 experience.** I would definitely use Moore Tech Repair again and highly recommend Matt to anyone needing electronics or gaming equipment repaired. I came to this place because my phone was cracked. He sold me when he offered a 3 month warranty…read more To my understanding the warranty covers you in the case the screen black outs. Any physical damages would have to be paid for. Which is reasonable I agree and he fixed my phone. I have a 17 Pro Max the orange one. After he fixed it he told me my "stand by" function will no longer work which I thought was fishy considering I'm paying $200. I bought a new screen privacy screen protector and when placed on my new screen lines appeared as if the screen was rejecting the screen protector. Now these are problems that I noticed immediately they're small and not the end of the world but it's worth mentioning since people are paying. Now back to that 3 month warranty in the case the screen blacks out. I had a gathering with my family so to stay engaged I sit my phone the table. Something I do all the time never been a problem. I wake up the next morning to retrieve it and it won't turn on. My phone will ring , you can feel the vibrations my phone is not broken my screen just blacked out Something That Was Supposed To Be Covered In The Warranty . I call him and he tell me he can not replace my phone if it was damaged by water. The way he can tell or not if it has water damaged is by a strip inside the phone if it's x-color it dry if it's y-color it's been water damaged at some point. I tell him my phone has been wet before I came to him and I'm positive my phone just blacked out. He tells me he would not have sold me the warranty had he known I had previous water damage because it makes the screen more prone to blacking out. WHICH IS TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE. But my problem today is I was not notified of this disclosure until after I've already paid and my screen is already blacked out. This business represented horrible communication and integrity the price is extreme and the product is mediocre. If I pay $200 for a service I expect all the functions of the phone to be there after the service. And if your selling point is your warranty you should be communicating your terms.

When they repaired the screen the company also messed up the middle screen sensor (didn't realize until I got home). The company told me to come back day after day to get fix. The screen was already defected from day, 1 because the next day the middle portion did not work. It was THIS location and it was this business owner that treated me as I described in the review below: Do not by ANY means go to this location. The owner is unhinged and unnecessarily disrespectful. Bad customer service is one thing... This guy took it to another level. I came in with my package and asked if I could weigh it and he refused, then I asked him about printing out the label because I had a prepaid label and most shipping places of any kind have printers and will gladly print something for you. He immediately had an attitude, said he didn't have time to do me any favors and it wasn't his problem that I didn't print it somewhere else before coming. That was literally his FIRST response. It seems like he has gotten in arguments with people about printing things in the past and immediately came with this argumentative energy that had nothing to do with me but still wanted to argue anyways. My first response back to him was that I could happily pay him for the print because my car is in the shop and took a rather expensive Uber just to bring this package to his store. (There's no where else near by) He then immediately started going off about how it's not his problem that I took an Uber and he doesn't care and he doesn't have time to print the label for me and called me entitled for asking. I didn't come in there thinking that we were gonna have a fight or a problem. it had nothing to do with the print, it had to do with the way that he was talking to me, condescending, insulting, and acting like a victim because I asked him about paying him to print the prepaid shipping label. If you're gonna say no, then say no, but he threw out all these unnecessary comments and rude remarks and started raising his voice. That man was just ready for a fight. and it turned into a full-blown argument where he started cursing at me. Eventually I started yelling back as well but initially I was trying to reason with him and he was not reasonable. As somebody that's owned multiple businesses I have never in my LIFE dealt with somebody that was so quick to be so disrespectful to a customer, who's asking completely normal questions at a shop for packages. After multiple disrespectful remarks, cursing, and him just making the whole situation completely exhausting and unnecessary, he eventually said there was another print shop up the street that will print and take UPS drop offs. HE LIED. There was no such shop up the road, he purposely said that to have me wandering the streets on foot aimlessly looking for a place. I searched on multiple browsers on my phone and didn't find this shop and had walked for maybe 45 minutes and realize that there was nothing within a 3 mile radius and I was gonna have to take another Uber. The fact that he lied just to waste my time on top of his disrespect and yelling was one of the most unhinged reactions to asking for a print I've ever had in my life. It doesn't cost anything to be a decent person to speak to people with patience and kindness.
