Even though the technician left in frustration, Mr. Baumann told me he would personally be at my house the next day to complete the repair. He found the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour with no additional charge. When the owner of a business has that kind of commitment to making sure his customers are completely satisfied, it cannot get any better. I will never call anyone else to fix my appliances.

But we later learned that the "new" freezer we received had been manufactured three years earlier, and has been faulty since it was installed. The manufacturer has provided service under its warranty, so we are hoping that the current repair service will resolve the problems. In addition to selling us an old model freezer as new, SR ordered the wrong components to complete the installation of our units and delivered a broken component, all of which added months to the completion of our purchase experience. During that time, the company was unresponsive to our calls for help. SR has earned its poor reputation with customers, the Better Business Bureau, and even area appliance technicians. Today's technician guessed that SR was our supplier based on my brief description of our purchase experience. Avoid SR, and avoid unnecessary headaches.

Bill did an excellent job communicating with me; he took the time to let me know what my options were and which bike would be best for my needs. They are just getting their website up, so I wasn't able to purchase the bike over the website; nevertheless, when I emailed them to let them know I was trying to buy a bike, they communicated back with an invoice that I was easily able to pay. We had some minor difficulties with delivery; after I had scheduled a date, it didn't get confirmed in their system, and they had call back. Then, on delivery date, they arrived a little over two hours late; that said, they communicated with me via phone that they would be late, and the unloading crew were very kind and professional when they got to my house. So far, I'm pleased overall. If I have any troubles with the bike or with servicing, or if I have a particularly good experience with it running well, I'll update this review. They didn't charge me for checking it out. When I came back to the store to pick up the typewriter I had dropped off, my wife and I looked at the models they had on sale, and found a Smith-Corona that we loved at a very reasonable price. The folks here could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. I'm going to be more than happy to tell friends about this business and to be a repeat customer.
