Rick seemed to actually care about customers while working there with Eddie. And Sal just lacks any kind of follow through on questions. I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well.

I tried to bring it back so they could determine whether the work they performed had contributed to the new problems, but when I drove there with my hazards on, I was turned away because their lot was full; we agreed on another day, which was then pushed back again. On the way to the rescheduled appointment, the car completely died and I had to push it to a safe area, and I was ultimately told to tow it to their shop--now, instead of being able to continue driving the car, I will likely have to scrap it.
