I've worked with the Tub Guy (Andres) on a few projects, and I still stand by my Five Star review!!…read moreIn fact, I'd like to add another reason for it: Andres honors his warranty. If you're currently trying to choose the right refinishing company, ask about their warranty. How long it lasts? What's covered? Take the time to read reviews and see if that company actually stands behind it. Andres explains all of that upfront, in writing, but more importantly, he follows through when you need it, without having to chase him down. That level of service is rare. Between the quality of his refinishing work, respectful of my property, showing up on time, and his commitment to standing behind it, he's earned my trust. 100% would not hire anyone else. Knowing he'll be there again for my next project makes the investment completely worth it. TIP: The Tub Guy offers free estimates. You've nothing to lose to reach out and get one.

We were able to start work within two weeks and every aspect of the communication, and process of getting the work done was easy and seamless. I really really valued the open communication about when the team was en route, how long they would be at our home, when we could expect them back and even when they had to duck out or get a material replaced, the communication was extremely open and clear. I loved that the team was courteous and wearing shirts that matched what was on the truck. Everyone was friendly. And everything fit within the timeline and expectations that was given to me upfront on that very first day. Not only that, but everything was delivered just as expected. On the first day, he said you will not be able to tell the difference between the new room and your older floors, and he was right. While we will always know that our room was done at a different time, I truly don't think that anyone else will ever be able to tell

We decided to contact Sharp over other refinishers because they are a local small family business with great reviews and an awesome informative website that thoroughly details the refinishing process, chip repair vs refinishing, exactly what to expect, and details on how to maintain and protect your tub. The process for requesting a quote and booking was easy and quick, I received a detailed quote the same day from Debbie with additional information on the process and exactly what to expect. The day of service, Jim took great care to cover and protect other surfaces in the bathroom and set up a good effective ventilation system before starting the refinishing process. He came back the next day to remove protective covering, replaced drain hardware with new and re-caulked around the tub and even another area of the bathroom that needed it!
