The bed we received was broken, and my son has not been able to use it. Despite repeatedly requesting them to fix the issue, they continue to ignore our requests. Our salesman Matt was amazing, explained everything professionally and always responded to text regarding questions and concerns. The price was half of what we were quoted by 2 other place. We just went basic on designs and fixtures but I could see where it could get pricey if you wanted the more upgraded stuff. Our installer Jose what just as nice and efficient as our sales rep. Installation was 1 day (about 10 hrs) but we have a lot of stairs so kudos for the extra work. Would give 1 star for the office staff. It took 3 calls to the office and 3 text to the rep to get the office to finally respond on an installation date. All in all would highly recommend. read more

About a month ago, I purchased a brand new acrylic shower "tile cover", and paid $1300 down. The installer arrived 5/17/2024 approximately 9 a.m. and started the installation, with the plumber. At about 10:30, I had to bring to the attention of the installer, damage to the bathtub, in two spots. Note: I had to bring the damage to the installer's attention, he did not come to me to tell me when he damaged my tub. At about 10:45 the installer called his boss and told him what happened. The installer told me "his boss or someone would get back to me before the end of business 5/17/2024. At 4:00 pm I called, spoke to the secretary 817-652-9031, who said "the boss knows about it and she sent him a second message. This is a NEW COMPLETED INSTALLATION with damages. As no one called, in combination with the installer withholding telling me he damaged my tub, (I had to bring the damage to his attention), I am cancelling payment on the check $3,291, the installer walked with. Someone needs to call me immediately with eta on repairs for the damage to my tub, by your installer. read more

i have had problems with the seat in my shower since it was installed back in 2006. i love this lifetime warranty. they sent Colten out to fix the problem this time. he went above and beyond to help us out. exchanged the fixed seat to one that folds up. redid the entire shower. all new surround, updated the shower fixtures and the grab bars. not plastic but stainless now. First, Bath Fitters took the wrong measurements. The second time around, they ordered the wrong tub. I asked to speak to the branch leader, but he has declined to speak to me. Want a bath redone? They'll be there in 1 day to take your money. Want it installed? Wait a week. Want it repaired? I've been told I have to wait over 2 months. If you don't call them to follow up they will never call you back. I've had the door on my shower replaced 3 times now. Each time its repaired is the same run around. A tiny part is broken causing the door to fall off and slam to the floor dangerously, I tell them this. They schedule me 3 weeks out for a visit. The guy comes in late and says, "This tiny piece is broken." I say, "That what I said on the phone. Do you have one in the truck?" He looks at me and tries not to laugh in my face. He says he'll order the part... does he? I don't know. I have to call in and ask what's happening. "Sorry we get parts in once a week from Botswana and that was yesterday. We'll call you next week when we place the order." They do not call. Two weeks later I call. "It's ordered but hasn't arrived. We'll call next week." They do not call. I call, "Congratulations, sir! You won the tiny part lottery, it is in! Our next available appointment is in 5 weeks." At this point I fully expect to get the first call FROM them in 5 weeks to tell me I have to reschedule sometime in the next calendar year. They offer a lifetime warranty but I think their plan is to let me die of old age before they repairing their work. read more

Save your time and money, and hire a contractor. I was promised a 1 day install that turned into 5 days over the course of 3 months. The salespersons and installers are very careless with details. I was told conflicting things about the products I was promised. I was sold things that didn't even work with the system I bought. The installers damaged my floors, walls, ceiling. The place was left messy and they did not clean up after themselves. I have repainted my ceiling and walls multiple times because they damaged something new every time they came back. They left my wall barely hanging on and a big gap that is unsealed in a shower. Hoping I don't get mold or water damage. I even had damage to the other side of the wall that they were working on. The manager was very insincere when I called to complain. I had to file with BBB before they took me seriously at all. I feel like a sucker for buying into their sales pitch the product is NOT seamless. It came in multiple parts and is sloppily caulked together. The products were scratched up, like they had been mishandled. I liked the fact they have a lifetime warranty but now do not really trust the people who would be working on my products. horrible customer service, I paid for a more expensive set of hardware than i received. My attempts to resolve this with the management were in vain. They said they would have to rip out my walls again to fix the issue so i agreed to keep the cheaper hardware. Could never get an invoice from the company to show what i actually paid for. so i was billed for the entire original cost. Finally heard back from management, they were very friendly and apologetic for the misunderstanding. I was able to get a refund for the overpaid amount . The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Lets hope they learn something from this and treat their customers better in the future. read more

Initially it appeared to be the best option, fast, courteous and quick to install for the professional in you whose time is of the "essence". Two days of work wasted, with no repair on the drain. Now they won't cover any issues with the drainage though they installed everything new themselves. They'll be quick to get their pay though. I'm disappointed in their ethical approach. I would have considered the second bath with them but now, not so much. What's done is done. Not recommending them. read more

BUT...it wasn't simple, it was expensive, it was ordered wrong, it took 4 months to complete because they don't FedEx parts even to fix their mistakes. Salesman not efficiently trained. Numerous problems, too long for each order to be Custom Made, I had to go to their office several times, it is NOT worth the endless payments I'll be making on a simple tub cover-up and some walls.
