Drawers did not line up correctly after delivery and we had to fidget to get them aligned properly. Not that big of an issue and not a deal breaker. But, that's when we discovered some troubling quality assurance issues which were sadly the nail in the coffin so to speak which results in both pieces being sent back for a refund. It's completely unacceptable to pay such a high price for furniture and have every single screw miss the rear support spars (you can see the points of the screws missing every spar in one of the pics). There's some basic math/measuring that should simply not occur when buying this supposed quality level of furniture. Also not sure why each piece had odd markings/marker notes on them. And you can see a piece of the backerboard was crushed. Again, where's the QC? We had waited anxiously for them and was sadly disappointed. For those who are sensitive to smells/chemicals, I'd also suggest leaving them outside after delivery since they ship them off as soon as they're built. This results in quite a bit of off-gassing. Not pleasant to sleep in a room that smells of chemicals. I really wish none of these QC issues had occurred with our delivery/furniture because I really did like them but at the end of day, even I.kea furniture has better QC.

Then this year we contacted them again for another curio cabinet, this time in a different configuration. And once again they customized it so all three pieces of furniture match. This company is amazing to work with, are very responsive, and create furniture that far exceeds my expectations. I walked in off the street just to ask a few questions and get a feel for the place before going under the scissors with anyone there. There were 2 stylists working and a couple kids sitting and eating cheese crackers in the lounge. The whole place was very dark, like a dark closet. It made me wonder how they could see to work. There were 2 stools at a tall bar style checkout counter right next to a small waiting lounge. I sat at one of the stools, patiently waiting for a stylist to be free to help me. Neither stylist greeted me as I proceeded in to sit at the stool. I sat for about 15 minutes browsing the web on my phone. I put my phone in my pocket and looked up. One of the stylists finished up with her client and checked out her client from behind the counter and the client stood right next to me. She had a lengthy conversation with this client, which I have no problem with. It sounded like she had not seen her in a couple years. The client left and I was the only lingering person in the waiting area, check out bar/lounge area - besides what I found out to be her kids in the lounge. She never once looked at me, said anything to me, acknowledged me. She had to see me, I was right in front of her in one of the 2 stools there. She was behind the counter. She proceeded to talk with her kids though, as she took the crackers and closed them. Then the stylist walked away, never to look back.... and then so did I. Out the door. For good. What a shame for a small local business to be snooty like this. I felt so invisible.

Plus if you sign up for the Van Heusen rewards program at the store, they e-mail you more 5 or 10 dollars off coupons every once in a while. The store itself's well-stocked and well-kept. Employees are helpful. All in all, Van Heusen's a great choice for menswear in particular and the prices couldn't be cheaper.

She couldn't take time to get treatment. They will not allow me to transfer to another recipient- my husband- who was also a member. Or back to myself. My hard earned cash- GONE. Most recently, my card for auto withdrawals was compromised. They have another card on file additionally. Still, I have a couple of hours credit in my account. I was given a two hour time frame to change payment method (to which I couldn't at the moment working a philanthropy event without my purse) and they canceled my appointment for the following day! Inconveniencing my massage therapist (lovely Tyler) and not allowing me to access my $$$ already paid! You have to have an "active" membership or you literally LOSE your credits! BOGUS UNETHICAL STEALING. you will ALWAYS LOSE MONEY AT THE END OF EVERY CONTRACT YOU DISCONTINUE because you have to continue to pay to access previous $$$$ they auto withdrawal. And without a membership, the prices are exorbitantly expensive. Like dumb expensive. And if you schedule an hour appointment, you only get forty five minutes of actual massage. Hour and a half and you get an hour and fifteen at the most. That is very different than any other place. I've gotten because there is a getting dressed undressed. Time, that is not included in your actual massage appointment. For a number of years, you will find lots of reviews negative at this place. We had gone through a couple of years where there wasn't enough staff for all of the memberships that were being sold. So there was literally never anyone available to give you a massage. Dumb. I finally find someone that I like, and these people are turds, and they take your money and threaten you with time frames and a lack of general understanding- and hijack your money/credit. As a business professional, I only charge people for services that I DO. That is the ethical way to deal with business. Period. You guys should be ashamed.
