I went to bath and body works today in Smyrna YALL, and a horrible employee was working. I think she is the manager. There was no one around at the kiosk so I went to the registers and she was there. She said she would meet me there to get the order. Moments later, a crashing and shattering occurred and someone dropped multiple candles. She came over and passively said something along the lines of "well use your basket because this is why you're dropping things." Glass was everywhere, somehow inside of the customer's shoes! Anyways she LOUDLY apologizes (clearly a show) to me and my friend (like where were you when we were waiting at the kiosk for 5 minutes before this happened??) She did not end up being the one who helped us as she was cleaning up the wax and glass. Very rude and incompetent employee. read more

I usually don't have a problem with this store but today this girl gave my fiancee so much attitude. She asked where the car scents were and the and the girl looked her up and down and said "you mean where it says 'car fresheners'" and I just was so surprised? Otherwise, the store is really clean and the staff has always been friendly any time we go in. Also the candles of course smell amazing and we love getting the deals! It's definitely my favorite place to go after going to target! read more

I love Bath and Body Works. I found a store less than 10mins from my sister while visiting this weekend. The staff were very friendly. The store has safety precautions in place. They are limiting the number of shoppers at a time. You are given a bag to place items in and that same bag is yours upon exit. There were plenty of scent testers. Ample sale items. read more

I have spent hundreds of hundreds of dollars in this particular location, and usually I have a great experience. Today I received an email from Bath and body Works. The coupon offered 25% off and then there was an additional coupon for a free item of 895. To make sure that the coupon was valid I called the store and spoke with the employee, she told me the coupon was OK and to bring it into the store and they will be glad to honor it. I left work early just so I can get here before they close, to my surprise, they told me they've never seen the coupon before and that it's already been used Once I told the lady that I called, the lady next to her stated we had one this morning so it must be something new they're sending out from the office. My issue is no one knew the coupon, they had me drive 15 minutes away from my job just to get here and tell me., I can't use it. When I ask for an area supervisor or district manager, email or phone number, they directed me straight to customer service, which was closed, and told me that they could not give me any of his information. So I had to call a different location in a different city, where they reached out to the area supervisor and had him call back into the store. As I listen to the employees speak to the supervisor on the phone, I noticed she did not tell him that they told me to come in with the coupon because they would honor it.smh the whole time she was trying to describe the coupon, but not till the situation, so within one minute tops, she hangs up with him and tells me that I need to call back customer service tomorrow so that they can give me a different code to honor the coupon‍ but the coupon was no longer the issue to me, the 35 minutes that I spent in the store inconvenienced was. No one has reached out to me to apologize, or to acknowledge that it was their fault. They were very dismissive to my time and my issue.. read more
