My partner and I are taking a road trip, so of course, my goal is to visit every Lush shop along the way. Today we visited Lush in Nashville at the Mall at Green Hills, located at 2126 Abbott Martin Rd. The team members greeted us as we walked in and were super nice, offering assistance and demos but this was a quick visit as we popped in on our way to lunch. The shop was nicely laid out with bath bombs being displayed on the wall in the back. I've only ever seen this done in shops in the UK and Ireland so that was fun! It was very spacious, well-stocked and easy to navigate. read more

What amazing customer service! My daughter lost her tooth in her store and they made her feel so special , they let us try a bath bomb so we could watch it and also gave amazing recommendations, you can tell the employees love their job and made us feel so special! Thanks again ! read more

I love Lush body lotion, it's truly the only lotion that keeps me moisturized without breaking out or making me itchy. Yay sensitive skin! That is the reason I trek to this place, it is the ONLY Lush location in the entire Nashville area. The rest of their products, not a fan, but I know many are. I just hate the sticky sweet smells, they give me a headache. This is in the Green Hills Mall. If you live in Nashville, you know just how terrible it is. The worst parking situation in the city hands down (can circle for 40 minutes and find nothing). Unfortunately the actual staff of this particular location doesn't do them any favors. I've been 5 or 6 times since moving to Nashville and never had what I would consider to be a pleasant experience. Again, I go only because it is the only lotion I like and it is the only location in town. Also, several times, I've attempted to go there and can't. Just a note on the door saying 'will open at noon today' when the mall opens at 10am. So you drive 20 minutes to get there, circle 30 for parking, to get in and learn they decided to sleep in and open late? Not cool. Two stars because their body lotion rocks my socks. No other positives on this one... sorry. read more

I think I'm way too old for the bath bomb thingamajigs people have come up with these days. You know, they smell like tangerine or ginger or whatever and fizz in the bath and then make something like a flower float in the water....or so I am told. Lush is full of this type of handmade stuff, varying in scents from decent to why the heck would anyone want THAT??? Yeah, those are the people I get stuck behind in the line at the grocery store and it makes me want to rip open the box of Kleenex before I even pay for them. Achhoooo! No thank you! My daughter bought several things. Go figure. read more

Lush - A bit strong on the nose! - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I LOVE Lush as a company. Their products are amazing! You MUST try the bath bombs, bath oils, shower gel, and body sprays! The employees at this location are super friendly and extremely helpful. Only downside is that this location is very small and they do not have much stock. They will however order you whatever they're out of stock and ship to to you for free. They call if their "endless aisle". read more

This is one of the smaller Lush stores, but they did seem to have most of the standard products. These ladies were super friendly and very helpful. I had come in looking to try some of the jelly face masks, and after discussing my skin type and problem areas, I left with a few samples and clear instructions how to use the products. read more

Nashville, worry no more. Lush is finally here. If you've never had the Lush experience, here's a quick summary: fresh bath and beauty products made by hand in small batches, 100% vegetarian ingredients, no animal testing, and all around amazing. Some of that may be similar to other products you already use, but here's what I love and what's different about Lush: -Spectacular customer service. I walked into the new store at the Green Hills Mall and was immediately greeted by someone. They're not pushy at all, super knowledgeable, and I could tell they genuinely love what they do and offer there. -It's gender neutral. If you know me, I'm not very girly at all, and I have no shame in going straight to the men's section because I am just naturally drawn to more earthy scents. But you know what? It's nice that I don't have to do that for once at a store. Everyone is welcome to everything. -And damn it, Lush just makes you feel good! I dare you to walk in and not fall in love with a new scent. I went yesterday and fell in love with their Soak and Float Shampoo Bar - because it smells like campfires. I also walked away with a few other goodies. Do yourself a favor and treat yo'self! read more

I needed to pick up some Valentine's Day gifts for my stressed out PT Student girlfriend. She likes taking "self care" days once a week so she doesn't loose her mind so I thought bath bombs would be a great idea. I had no idea what specifically I would get for her but Christina and her coworkers were so kind and helped steer me in the right direction by picking out a nice stress relief care package. She loved them and said this was the best Valentines she's ever had. Will be back for more! read more

I recently went to LUSH for the first time this past week. A friend gave me a $50 gift card to LUSH so I thought I'd go explore and discover some new products. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Lauren. She was the perfect blend of friendly, eager to help, yet let me have my space to look around. She carefully walked me through each product that I had a question about. Since it was my first time and I had no clue what LUSH was, I was a little overwhelmed and didn't quite know where to begin. Lauren was patient and even gave me a mini hand-bath/massage treatment with 2 of the products I was curious about. I have sensitive skin, so she suggested we just try out the products right then and there to see how my skin would respond to the body wash and one of the lotions. I probably spent the greater part of 45 minutes in the shop. Looking, smelling and asking questions. Each one of the girls who was working was beyond amazing. Andrea and Amanda stepped in at different points through my journey and were willing to help give recommendations and suggestions. While the products smelled amazing, it was my experience with the staff that prompted me to remember their names and write this review. Now all I need is another $50 gift card so I can go back, explore further and hang out with these lovely ladies!! read more

Let me start by saying I used to work in retail so I expected to be upselled and basically bothered. I use to have to do it so I'm used to it but no one really wants that. I had two employees help me and we truly had such good conversation. Not only did I find exactly what I needed, they didn't force me to get more than I was ready for at the time!! Since I didn't feel pressured I will definitely be coming back to this location. I wish I got the names of the gentleman and lady who helped me but I hope to see them again! Clean store. Great products. Great message. Great employees at this location! Good vibes all around. read more

I had 0 clue about taking care of my skin. Especially with being pregnant. Ray was so fantastic. He answered every single question I had, while educating me on skin care for future reference. He even found a solution for my husband's skin care needs, who I have to beg to even use conditioner. When you stop in, you MUST ASK FOR RAY. read more

I LOVE the Lush brand and all the products in the store - 5 Stars for the company. But, I've been in the Green Hills store 3 times and had the same experience, where I've felt completely bombarded by the employees there. I appreciate a greeting at the door, but today when I went in, I got a greeting, rundown of the sales (I can read the signs but that's ok), then #1 walked away. Cool. I took two steps and #2 came up to me, asking me how I am, do I need anything, etc. No, because I haven't even gotten a change to look at anything yet! One more step, then #3 comes up to me, asks about my skincare regimen, keeps talking, etc. I was literally 5 feet inside the store for 3 minutes and 3 different employees came up to me. I wanted to look and BUY stuff, not have to make conversation every time I turned around. This is the 3rd time I've felt completely bombarded by the staff (again, very nice and pleasant), but the policies need to change. I left without buying anything again. Will order online next time...give the customers some breathing room!! read more

Lush!! Oh my gosh this was my first time at Lush and my mind was blown. My friend kept apologizing for introducing me to it, lol, purely for the sake of my bank account ;). The staff was incredible. They heard it was my first time going to Lush, so they sat me down to let me experience some of the products. I have an allergy to an oil that is common in several of their products, so they were extremely cautious to ensure I didn't try any products with that in it. I sat down at a little table, and the awesome staff member let me try out both the facial serum (loved, and bought!), and the body butter (o.m.g.). I got a hand and arm massage out of it, and who could complain? :) $75 later I left with some killer products, and the desire to go back and try more. I LOVE the integrity of the products and the fact that you can see who made what batch. How fun! read more

My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer! What a lovely brand to support! No animal testing and all handmade cosmetics. I can definitely get behind that! My boyfriend dropped about $80 on bath bombs for us as a Christmas gift and they were ALL incredible. I highly recommend using a bubble bar AND a bath bomb together. Your skin will feel like BUTTER. Trust me. Very helpful employees made the experience even more enjoyable. Will absolutely be back! read more

I had such a wonder experience at this Lush store. Shoutout to Ray who was such a joy and helped me find exactly what I was looking for when I had no idea where to start. Will definitely be coming back! read more

I like Lush a lot. Unfortunately they don't have store in my city. Every time I'm in the Nashville area, I restock my Lush items for the next couple of months. I like how natural the ingredients they put into their products. Great products for my hair and skin. Will be back again and again. read more

The salesperson left me in tears. So hurtful and unnecessary. Only wanted to buy a bath bomb when she went off on me.

Place is awesome but Covid rules are crap. Had to wait outside 15mins so someone could take break after already waiting 15 mins for two women to shop. read more

Love lush! it's is the target of body and bath products, in that you cannot leave with just one thing! I love all of their bath bombs( of course) and facial products! My favorite and super secret for awesome curls ( shared with me by a lovely lush associate ) is to use the toner- breathe of fresh air- as a curl enhancer! It has salt water in it, and is the reason why they made the sea salt spray( people were using the toner first). I also love all their products for acne and oily skin. My face had been so much clearer in the last two weeks of using their herbalism cleanser, tea tree toner, grease lightening, and vanishing cream moisturizer. read more

You know how you have your regular "Cheers" bar, where everybody knows your name? THIS is my version of Cheers. We moved back to Knoxville in December, and I genuinely miss Lush more than just about anything in Nashville. The products, the convenience, the entire staff! I was in town this week for work and stopped by Lush. I was immediately welcomed back in by two of my favorites. Naturally, I went in for a refill on my $15 face wash and left spending $100. Classic trip to Lush. You can sample just about everything, whether in store or asking for a sample to take home with you. No animal testing. I love you forever Lush. read more

I usually do not write reviews on retailers but Lush is so different. Finally a LUSH in Nashville. Great products....no animal testing and fragrances so wonderful! I will shop here often! I wanted to checkout Lush after one of my friends told me about it. And I must say, I just had one of the best experiences ever. Thanks Rae for your help !! read more

Although I despise driving through Green Hills, I needed to come to Lush to buy a birthday gift for someone. Every time I walk into a Lush store, I'm immediately overwhelmed by the amount of items in the store. However, this store is on the smaller side and the employees were super helpful when I told them what I needed to buy. Luckily, the store wasn't crowded so I was able to buy what I need and get out quickly. I can only imagine how packed it get's during the weekends though! read more

Super nice place, very helpful staff, very ok with explaining everything. Zee helped me out and was super helpful.

Ask for Rae. She is the best person working there! I'm not saying that there is any bad customer service, but Rae is the Lush Goddess.

Love their products! I could spend tons of money here weekly but lucky for me I live in Murfreesboro. I love their facial moisturizers and their bubble bath products. I just wish the store was in a bigger location. They have about 5-6 employees in the store, which is great, but then add customers it's just too cramp and I don't get to enjoy browsing as much/taking my time to pick products out. read more

So happy that Lush is in Nashville!! I can not even begin to explain how I love all of their organic Beauty products. The women in the store at the time were very helpful and made my visit super fun! I ran in shortly before closing tonight to grab some last minute products for a breakout. The lust for lush has certainly spread it's way to me! I love these all natural products. The lipsticks are really nourishing and long lasting while their face masks always smell amazing and deliver amazing results! I didn't even have to think twice before giving this store a five star review. The Lush store is fantastic! The shop is small, but it's organized so well that its size only causes a problem because of all of the people who want to figure out what's so special about Lush for themselves. The employees are extremely nice and incredibly helpful! It was my first time at a Lush store, and they had no problem helping me find the products that worked best for me. Not only did they help me find products, but they walked me through why they were the best fit for me. The biggest problem with Lush? That they have too many great products to easily choose what to take home! I would recommend this store to almost anyone. Keep it up, Lush! read more

I am a cosmetologist, and I am very picky about what I use on my face and body. Lush is the best skin care I've used in a while. I also am up obsessed with their bath bombs. Every time I walk in the store I am greeted and assisted by very happy and helpful staff! Love this place. read more

Though I didn't have much time to browse and only purchased one small item, the ayesha mask, my experience with the two sales associates present on 3/28/16 was delightful. Both young women (regrettably Ive forgotten their names) were engaging, attentive and helpful without being overbearing or condescending. The setup is charming and the energy welcoming, making the most of relatively limited space. An affordable, natural, chemical- free range of cosmetics would provide enough of an incentive to overlook a less than amiable staff but at this particular shop it appears you can have and eat your cake . I forgot momentarily I was at Green Hills ;-) Look forward to shopping Lush again! read more

I'm a LUSH-aholic. I shamelessly spend more money on skincare than clothing most years. This isn't hard to do when you love LUSH : the products are so superb that it is totally worth it. That being said, this particular store was a 'MEH' for me. I've been to US domestic stores in NOLA, Chicago, San Francisco and Atlanta. Further, I've been to more than a handful of stores abroad in both Canada and Europe. Comparatively, this location had the least engaged and least approachable staff I've ever encountered at a LUSH location. To be clear, they weren't abjectly unkind, they just seemed aloof. They conversed with themselves readily but it was like pulling teeth to ask for advice -- answers were concise, non-elaborative and flat. I was hoping to get my beau some some moisturizer as he's been developing his skin care regime. For once, he was with me and I expected that someone could walk him through a couple different options on the back of his hands (as I've often had done at other locations). Since he and I have polar opposite skin types, my lotions and potions are usually not appealing to him nor do they have the right 'feel'. We entered the store and the one sales person we were able to engage with seemed more interested in restocking than in selling products. Bummer. She was able to walk us through face mask options but was clearly done with our conversation once we made our selections. I went on to pick out a few seasonal bath bombs, unaided. He grabbed a pot of his fave body scrub (no one used this as an opportunity to ask what else he was looking for) and I got my beloved charity pot. There were easily 5-6 employees in store. It was busy but not so busy that being totally ignored seemed reasonable. $100+ later and we were gone. The folks behind the register were super nice but clearly overwhelmed and just wanting relief from the masses. I had talked-up the LUSH store experience hard to the beau. Unfortunately, I'll have to continue my efforts since this experience left much to be desired. read more

I went into lush with my friend when we were just roaming around the mall and I was greeted by Katie and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and helpful! I went to Lush at Green Hills to exchange a present I'd gotten from a store in another state that had to be shipped to me. There had been an issue with the shipping and it took longer than anticipated to arrive. When I got to the store in Green Hills, I was in a hurry, but eager to get the right products. The employees and manager were extremely helpful and more than made up for the time it had taken for the product to get to me. It was a great experience and I will go back. read more

I was super excited to see this store in Green Hills. I came across it by chance after not coming to the mall in quite a while right after it had just opened and had always wanted to try their products. I was definitely not disappointed and have come back every couple weeks since. All of their associates are super friendly and also have been very knowledgeable about all of their products. They'll ask you a few questions about what you're looking for or like and walk you around the store showing you and letting you smell products. I've tried so many of their bath bombs, soaps, body butters, and masks now and have been blown away by them. When you look at the price of the bath bombs and soaps it can be a little daunting if you're not used to it, but with most of the bath bombs you can split them at their seam if you tap them with a screwdriver if you want to get more use out of one. Also they can cut their soaps to any size, whether you're wanting just to try a little piece or get a big bar. They have fresh masks that are refrigerated and come in every Thursday. On the tub they come in it tells you which person they were made by and when to use them by as well, which I love. On top of that it's great that all of their products are cruelty-free. read more
