I was in the market for fancy lotion. I knew I was in the right place because the 'lotion' was called 'moisturizer.' I really got the hint when I saw the price point. This isn't Jergens, folks. Thankfully, in addition to a picture and price point, the inventory came with copy. I could read flowery language that made me feel good about the purchase I was to make. I mean that sincerely. If you're going to drop coin on a luxury, you should know what you're getting. I felt as though I was reasonably informed enough to know what I was getting. Cons I had given my insurance information to the front desk when I booked the appointment but when I got there I was told they were out of network. I didn't actually get any work done as I have great insurance that makes cleanings free! TMJ In addition to a cleaning appointment I went for a TMJ eval. Dr Poss has a lot of advanced equipment and software for treatments but I felt like he couldn't help with my specific symptom. I also felt a little judged by my symptoms like they weren't "normal" but I'm sure anyone reading this with TMJ can attest that there isn't anything normal about it. In the end I also decided to look elsewhere for TMJ treatment due to unfamiliarity with my symptoms and insurance drama.
