My mind was changed when I began to feel like I was inconveniencing the Soap Specialists towards the end as I had to, multiple times, walk over (them never having left behind the counter until the very end) and ask my questions...after the SS went to the back to check if they had a specific scent available in the gift bundle, all that was said was "I'm sorry, we don't." and when back to her post. Personally, I would have rather the communication have been, "I'm sorry, we don't have that bundle pre-made. Would you like me to make it for you real quick?" or a response informing me why making it behind the bar wasn't an option...by that point the Q&A's became close-ended.
