There's leather, linen, and probably something made from reclaimed barn wood -- all tastefully arranged to make you wish your house looked like this. My mind was changed when I began to feel like I was inconveniencing the Soap Specialists towards the end as I had to, multiple times, walk over (them never having left behind the counter until the very end) and ask my questions...after the SS went to the back to check if they had a specific scent available in the gift bundle, all that was said was "I'm sorry, we don't." and when back to her post. Personally, I would have rather the communication have been, "I'm sorry, we don't have that bundle pre-made. Would you like me to make it for you real quick?" or a response informing me why making it behind the bar wasn't an option...by that point the Q&A's became close-ended. Service: Super helpful and accommodating for a last minute order. They were able to put the bouquet together in 30 mins and had some suggestions of what theme/color (Bright cheery, muted colors, classy, etc). 5 stars for being flexible and pulling together the order so quickly. Quality: The flowers were beautiful and high quality. No browning or wilting present on any of the flowers/greenery. Each individual stem was gorgeous and the arrangement was created by an experienced hand. Gift factor: I think the presentation wasn't as impressive as they cut their stems short and stuffed them into a short vase. While beautiful, it didn't have the wow factor that you need when sending them as a gift to someone. Looking at the arrangement, it doesn't look like $80 worth of flowers? I could go to the store and buy a couple dozen roses for the same price that would really.I would suggest asking them to not cut the stems so short and get a taller/larger vase so the bouquet can look a bit larger. Obviously, the pictures online are not going to be reflective of what you actually get but it was a bit smaller than I expected for spending $80.
