I used to like shopping here but never again. Placed an order online and waited a few hours thinking it would be ready by then because they have about 10 workers in this store, when I came back order wasn't ready but I see the candle holder I ordered still on the shelf. I asked if we could just get that packed up since it's literally right in front us and they told us no.... Someone is working on it, but looking around the store half the staff was not doing anything.... When we left the store only FIVE minutes after I get a notice that my order was canceled.... I would fire the manager here that "helped" me honestly because he's an idiot. read more

This location is very very busy! The store allow so many customers in at once and it gets packed. They always have sales here since it is located in the outlet. Very good sales compare to the regular stores at the mall. They also have a lot of staff that helps around the store and at the cashier. All are friendly and helpful. read more

Was shopping in the outlets and love this Bath and Body works. They always have so much on sale that I go coo coo for my lotions and candies. It's an average size store but it seems like there is so much more product for sale in here. And this store is always busy. This is an OUTLET Bath & Body Works so they run special sales. This past weekend, they had a BUY TWO, GET TWO FREE promotion going on AND a whole table dedicated to products that were 75% off. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because lines get really long here to pay. And it's super crowded. It's disorganized/dirty and not very pleasant to shop here. I prefer shopping at a regular BBW or online. The deals aren't that great here. Many in-season items are regular full-price. Overall, I didn't like it because of how many bodies were squished together inside and the fact that it wasn't clean. read more

The greeter at the door and walking around is usually super friendly and informative. The cashiers are where this Bath and Body works is terrible. They're pretty busy on the weekends but I came on a weekday and there were only two people in the line in front of me. The line was split into two so I stood to be next in line for the second cash register, which finished first. Cashier stopped me and motioned to the lady who had been waiting in the other line, since she had been waiting longer - ok that's fine, I guess it is her turn even though she's waiting for the other cashier. The lady in front clearly is not ready to be rung up as she starts asking about scents and other promotions, so she leaves the register to take her time to pick out more lotions, while the cashier stands there with the half rung up purchase. I stood there a good 10 minutes waiting for the lady to hurry and to pick her lotions so she can finish her purchase. The other cashier finishes first so I think "thank goodness", but nope - she tells me the other cashier will help me. The cashier who is still waiting on the lady to pick her dang lotions!! That sales girl just starts chatting with the waiting cashier and folding a couple bags. Um wtf, you could have just rang up my purchase, she was being lazy. I wait another full 2 minutes with my significant other patiently waiting and decide we need to leave. I am not waiting over 15 minutes when the store is not busy to purchase a few air fresheners. Especially when the second lazy sales girl could have rang me up with no issue. read more

Today we received the worst customer service by Manager Grace. She not only denied a refund/exchange for an item purchased there less than 90 days but also said their store policy was NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS for "damages" caused at home. We bought the spooky hand soap holder so you would expect it to get wet. It stopped working and rust spots started showing within the week. We had spoken to other employees about a week later and said to bring it back. So we went about a week after that (we shop there a lot). And that's when we encountered Mgr Grace. Apparently, since the item was "wet" outside of the store which caused it to stop working and get stained it's not something their exchange/refund policy would cover. I asked her who I could contact and she said I could call customer relations. So I did. They looked up my transaction and issued a gift card for the entire amount(which is what we wanted from the beginning). We not only spent $140 TODAY but we spend this about this much every two weeks (most employees recognize us). Thank you, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopefully, they talk to her about their exchange policy and she stops spreading false information to the other employees which will eventually pass it on to their customers (especially the new employees). read more

So busy and so happy we got here early!! The sales, awesome! Picked up tons of goodies for little Christmas add ons after the actual day. After smelling just about everything in the store at least once I noticed the line was getting long and most of the people had 2 full bags of goodies so I jumped in just before it was at the door. Just then a guy who worked there loudly announced that he was going to separate us dividing us into 2 lines, one on each side of the store so there where no issues or places being lost. Very impressed with they way the kept order and handle the crowd! When being rung up there were a few things I had to point out that were on the sale shelf right in front of the sale sign that weren't coming up. She told me right away that they were only told the day before what would be on sale and they were still trying to move things but she had no problem honoring the sign. Great customer service! This is the BEST place to go to around SD. It's like Semi-annual sale all year for me. During the holidays I would always go to other locations to find out they don't have the inventory or ran out so, which is normal. However, whenever I go to this location, they're always stocked and have everything I'm looking for. I'm old school so I'm always in search of my Pearberry and country Apple, which they have. I love the clearance candles too. I don't know about saving money here but I get more for my money because I end buying more. With so many people coming through I was surprised a staff, Carlos remembered me. He has great customer service and always has a smile on his face, this also goes with all the staff. I'm happy that this is an outlet store! The deals here are awesome compared to the non-outlet ones. They have all the signature collection items as well as many others. For all the different items they had, it was very organized. Things were separated into bins. I do wish it was more clear which items had the promotion applied. However, the whole store overall had great deals to find- $5 bins, 50% certain items, $6 signature collection, etc. Happy to come here to pick up some lotion. I really want to love this place... but the employees working when we visited were more concerned with carrying on a conversation with each other than ringing us up. When we came up to the register none of the three ladies said hi, rather they argued about who was going to ring us. The two who weren't helping us ended up going into the back room for a bit. Super annoying and kind of shocking, actually. On a positive note, we found our favorite Christmas scented candles for $6 a piece, down from $20, in addition to Fresh Market Apple hand soap. After spending many months teasing my friend Kevin about his huge selection of girly bath products, I came to realize that I really did like how they worked and how they smelled when I went to visit him and showered there. I pray he doesn't read this. Anyway, I started to really like a lot of this company's product line, and checked out the outlets in Phoenix when I lived there. It turns out that the outlets also have a huge selection and if you check in every so often, you can find almost anything from the regular store make an occasional appearance (at which time I stock up). Not uncommon to save 50% to 75% here from the list prices of the items, which bring them down to about the same price as a generic brand. Totally a score... Terrible customer service from the cashiers. When they recognized that the purchase lines were getting longer, they split us into 2 then later 4 lines. While I was next when they split into 2 lines, there were 3 other people that they helped first. Then one of the cashiers tried to explain she was alternating between the lines. Well if that were true why were 3 other people that were originally behind me helped first?!? How does that make sense?!? Come here when I'm looking for some new lotions or new scents. Even though they're an outlet store, they carry a lot of the popular scents. They also carry lots of the other specialty lines and the their accompanying scents. The people here are nice and helpful. I always wait for the one or two times a year the candles go on sale for $8 a piece. I love their soaps with the little scrub/beads in them. They have great scents and I just put them in our soap dispensers at home. read more

I love this place!!!! I came here yesterday and was in heaven. Im a big fan of the green clover and aloe vera scent, which is always so hard to find. I walked in and I saw it, so i stocked up on it lol. There was also a sunless tanner I used to use called "tan-do-attitude" and I was soo excited to see it there! I normally use the "strike gold" sunless tanner, but that stinks and it take forever to try, plus the color isnt that natural after like 2 days. Tan-do attitude has a yummy smell and the color is perfect. The prices ther are great too! I bought 4 things and only spent 11 dollars (the price of one normal priced item at the full price stores) The only complaint, I bought one of the aromatherapy lotions, and it has no scent to it, it seems like maybe someone pumped out the lotion and filled the bottle with regular lotion, so please smell the stuff before you buy!! read more

Imagine a normal Bath and Bodyworks store. Because that's what this pretty much is. The store is full of new Christmas items at regular price, just like any other store. There is one table to the side that has some items 50% off. Remember in the summer when they release the 90s scents? And when they come out, they will be like three dollars an item? Those same items are seven dollars here, which is what they are trying to say is 50% off. So I got them for 3 bucks then but I would have to pay $7 six months later. Thanks but no thanks. I see this all the time but now I understand why, "If I could give it ZERO I would!" I have never been treated so BAD by anyone in customer service, as I did today. 1st; the store was 90degrees 2nd; the outlets are known for a lot of our neighbors to the south, but even the store help ignored us and when I did ask for help, the guy pointed to the corner and went to help another person, a Spanish speaker. Lastly, I found what I was looking for, they're two registers, two lines. I got in the left side line, waited patiently for about 5mins talking w/my sister, who was also waiting, and the clerk behind the register on the left finished with her customer, asked if we were waiting "for service" we said yes, she made a waving motion with her hand, as if she was dismissing us to the back of the store, and said, "there's only one line", I said, there's two isles for two registers though? We've been waiting for a while now." She waved us to the back again, I then said, "wait, there's two lines, right & left, 2 registers right and left, & no sign saying that this line was closed or only use the right side?" She said, "oh well, we'll get a sign" & again did what I can only describe as, the dismissive wave/hand motion, like, go, go, get out. As if she was dismissing a child to their room. We put our things down and left. I have never been treated like this by anyone in customer service. EVER! I normally don't write Yelp Reviews, but I felt I should share, if you're not MEXICAN or speak Spanish, & happen to be Black shopping in the Boarder outlets, stay CLEAR, unless you want to be treated like shit and racially dismissed. What shopper doesn't love finding deals on their favorite things??!!! I have to say this B&B works outlet store has really improved. A couple of years ago it didn't really have much and it seemed that it would always have the same things. Now a days it is always well stocked. You can find your favorite signature collection lotions that are discontinued or from a past season, great deals on candles, wallflowers and the expensive hand lotions or body scrubs. They also have the up to date items that the regular B&B Works stores carry, so it's a win-win! The store looks always clean and if there is something you are looking for then the girls that work there will help you find it. If it is an item they don't have then can also give you an idea of when to come back. I'm always happy walking out with my favorite lotions and candles from here and with a little extra $$$ in my pocket. Out of the stores I went into at the Las Americas Outlets this definitely seemed to be priced most like an outlet store. There was a good amount of merchandise to choose from and everything was marked down - most of it considerably. They even had products that normally run $150 in the 75% section. If you need travel size products or stocking stuffers you may want to check this place out too. Most were $2.99 or under. The store is also organized and clean so you don't have to spend hours digging around to save $3 on body wash or anything like that - which for me is a huge plus. read more
