Edna and Lisa were awfully kind to a weary/dusty traveler, being so patient to let me "sample" a LOT of the oils before deciding on which of the smelly smell oils for the car diffusers I was picking for gifts, as well as the wax melts, and metal art. I went into the store today, and it was dead quiet. Nobody said hi or asked if I needed anything. When I finally got all my items together, I went to the front, and the girl at the register sped through a spiel about a store credit card so fast I couldn't hear her the first time. I asked her to repeat herself because she mumbled, and she seemed annoyed that she had to ask if I wanted the store credit card again. I told her no thank you, I don't want the store credit card. She seemed annoyed that I declined and brushed me off when I was leaving. I've never had this experience at Ulta before. This was insane, and I can see why people prefer online shopping now and just pick up in-store, because that interaction was terrible. I'm really disappointed.
