I thought the store was set up well and I liked the different displays that were out. I tried on a few different things in their dressing room and ended up getting a dress and a tunic for only! $10 (both were on clearance) What a steal!

They offered to have them for me later that day (it was a Friday) so I could have them for the weekend. I told them I'd pick them up after work the following Monday. Showed up on Monday and they hadn't even started. No worries, I'll get them later. Picked them up on Friday and I was so disappointed. There was still dirt on both pairs of boots, the cream-colored embroidery on the one pair was so brown, I won't be able to wear them again. They're ruined. When I pointed it out to him, he stated it couldn't be cleaned (oh, really?!!?). But is there a reason why it's browner??? I'm so very disappointed. The cayman inlay boots needed more attention to detail. You can still see dirt in the crevasses. And the sole stitching...NO attention was given to that. Again, I can't state it enough, I am so very disappointed. I took the boots in because of the decent reviews. Like I said, the one pair of boots is ruined. I'll never be able to wear them again. Now where am I going to take my really nice boots???

Not only does Encore have many casual and formal clothes, they also sell old furniture and knick knacks. It's a great place to go with your Mom or girlfriends and help each other find things. My Mom and I usually visit here, not expecting to find a lot and end up going a little overboard. I can never find nice dress pants that fit right. I found two pairs of nice black pants that were just long enough for nice pair of heels. I also found some extremely comfy jogging shoes that looked close to new and hoodies. My Mom found some gorgeous formal tops that looked as though they were made for her. She also found some really cute belts, shoes, and earrings that she has since gotten many compliments on.
