I've never had a bad experience in this store. The inventory is cute and the aesthetics are eclectic. It is pricey, but I would expect it from a boutique. Items I have purchased from them have lasted for years. It's a super cool spot. And I will shop there anytime I travel to San Angelo. read more

This is a boutique and a soda fountain with ice cream and milkshakes which I find really cool. They also have a place to sit and chat. I loved the clothes. I found trendy clothes; some I can wear for fun and some that are professional. I just loved the options. I'm surprised such a small town had such trendy things. read more

Sassy Fox - Another one... - Jewelry Near Me - San Angelo, Texas

In all our travels i have never been so blatantly offended within ten steps in their store. The owners Mother made a nasty reference about the way I was standing . That sentence had a certain placement of a corncob ... you can fill in the blanks , this was said out loud by the way . To make matters worse , the owner/daughter sluffed off the statement and then told the nearest person what her Mother said . you could hear the laughter as we left the building . I wrenched my back and my family was walking with me to stretch out during our road trip, My husband and I have had a business for 34 years now and know that our customers are our bread and butter . This business does not care about your business or you , if they can be so rude to a perfect stranger. We will never recommend or do business with them ever ! Buyer beware , enter at your own risk. No family member or loved one is safe from they're mean girl mentality . read more

I've read the other reviews for this store and honestly, I'm surprised. A friend and I visited this store during Black Friday and we didn't encounter any of the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. As a matter of fact, I thought the clerks were overly helpful. My friend and I tried on several clothing items and not once did we feel like we were being mistreated. I ended up buying two coats and couple of other items spending almost $100 at this store. My friend got a little something something for herself as well. If I had the time to go back before leaving San Angelo then I totally would have because this store was actually great :) read more

I wish I could give this negative stars, our experience here was so unpleasant it's SO disappointing. The employees are DISGUSTING they talked trash about customers and had terrible attitudes, extremely unprofessional. We came in from out of town (Dallas Fort Worth area) to visit parents for thanksgiving and we decided to stop by this boutique store. We made a purchase, but before we completed it we asked a worker if we could return it the next day if it didn't fit and she said YES. We always make double sure when shopping out of town for obvious reasons. The lady got my information and we returned the next day where a woman named "Andrea" treated us SO POORLY it was disgusting! Disgusting attitude, customer service, and a disgusting environment . She said we couldn't do a return which is NOT the main issue whatsoever, it's how the situation was handled. She was extremely impolite about it, I even told her which worker told us the apparent false information whom was also there and she gave ZERO solutions for anything. Instead, like a child, she went and talked to an employee and was talking trash about the situation (wasn't very smart doing it in front of a customer in such a small store). A professional business would have honored this PERIOD and handled it a proper mature way. We had to pay $49 for a shirt that cannot be worn or store credit from a store 4+ hours away from where we live. Such a sad incident, all due to lack of coaching employees properly. read more

I absolutely love this place! They have all sizes including plus. Lots of great fashion ideas and very different from what you see in other clothing stores. Their staff is always friendly and helpful and they have dressing room service so you don't have to come out and get a different size, they will get it for you. There is an old fashion sofa fountain on one side and a nice lounging area for men who need a break. I always get compliments on the things I have purchased here. read more

The clerks were very rude. They treat customers like they aren't good enough to shop there. Clothes are overpriced. You can find the same clothes online for much much cheaper. I went there a few times, and had the same horrible experience each time. There won't be a next time. After talking about this with my local friends, they too have had similar experiences. read more

If I could put NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. The absolutely worst and horrible place to work at. She is so ugly and complains that she doesn't have enough workers. The reason she doesn't have workers is because she doesn't believe in respect. She Is constantly talking bad about employees to customers. Requires employers to constantly dress up and have hair and makeup done to her standards. Will sit there and constantly demand things to be done her way and done ASAP. If you don't finish her task quick enough, you will not hear the end of it. She will demand you to do one thing and then she wants you to stop and do something else. She acts like she is the only one that knows how to run a business. She thinks she's better then everyone else. She talks ugly to her husband, and let's a 14 year old help her run her business. The 14 year old runs her mouth, constantly get in the way and is always on her phone. And yelling across the store for her "momo" while customers are in there trying to shop. Everything over there is overpriced and she does not give employees a discount. Or even a lunch break. She tells you, you can eat on the clock, but as soon as a customer comes you have to stop eating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE OR EVEN SHOPPING. SHE IS SO UNGRATEFUL. read more

They do have great clothes and the prices aren't awful when there is a sale:)... Nice atmosphere. But.....!! RUDE !!! Omg! If they are on commission then they must be starving. Surprising but true... They are rude, too busy to help anyone and just generally.. Not very nice. read more

The owner/manager is incredibly rude. The last time I set foot in this place (several years ago - I'm never going back, not even for all the tacky leopard print tent dresses in the world!), she followed me through the store like she thought I might steal something, sighed and rolled her eyes when I deigned to ask her a question, then implied that I was "not the kind of person" who shops at Sassy Fox when I tried to... well, SHOP at Sassy Fox. If you absolutely must visit this place, make sure you don't look poor! Your money is no good here if you look poor. read more

This is your typical low-end boutique, but with snobby high-end attitudes that make no sense in a town this small. The owner is so rude that I thought she must be joking at first. I don't know how this place stays in business! When I mentioned her bad attitude to friends, they all chimed in with their own stories about rude staff and slow service. I posted a similar review to the store's Facebook page, and the owner sent a bunch of her friends to comment and basically harass me in an effort to make my bad experiences at her store go away. WHO DOES THAT? She should realize that she's not in a position to be rude to people who pay her living expenses, fix her attitude towards customers, and see if that doesn't go further in fixing her bad reputation than harassing people on the internet will. Until then... there are plenty of stores selling the Western "gypsy" style clothing, don't waste your time and money at Sassy Fox. read more

Sassy Fox is way over priced. They claim to be Christians but yet they completely rob you by increasing the cheap merchandise. You can easily go to Dallas and purchase stuff for way less like 75% less. Complete rip off! read more

My review was "filtered" because I'm from out of state... but, it doesn't make my this place any better. My family and I now refer to this place as "snooty fox" if that's any indication of how they treat their clientele. I don't need to pay somebody to be rude to me... NO thank you! read more

This place will steal you blindly. The clothing is poorly made and all cheap, but the prices are hiked up times 10. No thanks

I will NEVER go into this store again. My Mother and I were in San Angelo for the day and since we were downtown we decided to go and look at all the shops in town and see what we could find! You know a mother/ daughter day! Well we go in and it really caught our eye really cute, sassy, our kinda place...so we look around and pick some nail polish and keep going. We noticed we were the only customers literally being stocked..... then my mom mentions to me do you feel like you are being watched (which I had not until I look up and like 4 employees are with in like 2 feet of us) While the rest of the store was loaded with other people no being monitored.... Serioulsy like we weren't going to noticed?!?! ( I hate to play the race card here but we were the only hispanics at or in the store at the time) and I had stuff picked up that i was going to purchase well over like 300 dollars mind you and we were not carrying huge bags nor did we look like trash off the street. We were dress in nice casual clothes, ( HUGE ENGAGEMENT RING) and nice shoes and watches...respectable wear and felt uncomfortable... I told my mom after the girl request she take our $2.00 polish to the front to hold by register and not my items that I was ready to leave. I respectively put the things I was going to buy back were they went and waited at register. The girl behind it walked off after we told her all we wanted was the nail polish completely ignored us.....SO SO SAD.... I don't even live it that town but I will be sure to let everyone I know how we were treated! My mother said when we got out of the car she felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty woman MINUS the hooker thing! They have completely lost our business for good. The other shops on the block welcomed us and our money with open arms pity they didn't .... cause we spent A TON of $$$$ that day! read more
