But their concept of having 2-3 customer service desks with 1 cashier each is just ridiculous. I had to return an item I bought online. I stood in line at one location, but had to leave because the cashier had to call the manager about something and told everyone waiting we would be better off going to another desk. Went to another location and stood in line for 10 minutes because the cashier was new and the people in front of me were exchanging items. The cashier said she was told she wouldn't be left alone while training, but here she was. Finally, another cashier came over to help me. And once she saw that I had an online purchase, told me she couldn't help me and I needed to go to the home department. I went to the home department only to encounter another line with no cashier. What should've taken 10 minutes, took about 30. Ridiculous.

I had to bump them down a star because I had an ungodly wait, I thought the clerk was so slow, I looked around twice to see if I was being punked I literally had one thing. The lady she was helping had quite a few things, no problem, but she kept talking about this and that and what specials and how this worked with that. I wanted to scream. I will be back and I am hoping I can update this review as this is a very nice store

You try to switch your scripts to a better pharmacy and they give the pharmacist a extremely long wait time (as I was informed from the other pharmacy). 3.) You try to call the pharmacy because after an entire day (over 8 hours) they still haven't faxed your scripts over to the other pharmacy. And you guessed it, I'm still on hold waiting to even say my issue and it's already been over 1 hour on hold. Worse I can stand the horrible music, but around every 15 seconds it says "we're sorry a staff is answering other calls and will be with you shortly". I'm beginning to wonder.... I'm guessing that I will be here for quite awhile longer since noone is answering the phone, I swear though after all that if they hang up on me I'll complain to corporate. To the people who frequent this pharmacy, I honestly feel sorry for you. There's better ones out there, and they deliver. Bonus? No indecent wait times

This Sally's location has pretty much everything you would need from simple shampoo two things that will make your hair lay flat like you just got done ironing it. My sister in law is a really good hairdresser and my daughter is having flakes in her hair. She explained to me that she needed some type of tree oil and coconut oil. Well off to Sally's we go. This particular location happen to have both of the oil's in the exact same location. It made it very easy to find them get in get out. I'm grateful for that as I was tired and in no mood to look around. I also really appreciate the variety of ethnic products that this Sally's beauty supply has. Let's face it living in Morgantown the pickings are pretty slim and if you are really needing something it's best that you have Amazon prime. Each time I go to this particular Sally's location they have exactly what I need.
