I like the "bring a tarot deck take a tarot deck" sharing mentality. I am sad that the business owner has to post about theft in every nook and crannie. The signs are so distracting. I understand that they have to do what they have to do. The energy feels very draining and scarcity centered. That being said, I am so impressed with the sales person behind the counter. I even asked her for her name, but I forget. She was very gracious, warm, friendly, kind, intentional, and professional.I was able to find things like Owls, candles, crystals, and tarot. I appreciate her care and assistance.

Because of that, I have had the opportunity to experience many different stores and teams, and Ana at the Dadeland location truly stands out. What impresses me most about Ana is her leadership and extraordinary awareness of everything happening in the store. She can be helping a client while simultaneously making sure another customer is being assisted, supporting her team, helping at checkout, locating products, and remaining attentive to the overall operation of the store. She is everywhere, always working, and no task ever seems beneath her. I have also seen her handle difficult situations, and she consistently does so with professionalism, composure, kindness, and a smile. That leadership is reflected in the team around her. Sephora may carry the same products from one location to another, but the people and the service are what make a location exceptional. Ana is an outstanding manager, team player, and representative of the Sephora brand. I hope Sephora's leadership recognizes the standard she sets and the value she brings to both her team and her customers.
