    I had a gift card for Sephora since forever so I thought it was good to use it in the area before going to the Ritz Carlton coconut grove. I was able to park in the parking building right by Sephora. It's located central where the parking says Neumann Marcus. I paid $3 for parking that's why I took a star off. I don't like when you have to pay for parking at a mall. The experience at Sephora was good. I was asked preferences. It was ok although it was a little weird to see so much make up on my face. The store is beautiful and large. They carry a lot of brands I also use.

    Today when checking out for the items I purchased for the holidays the cashier by the name NAYY started to bash me very loud after I asked her "Do you guys accept American Express?" She proceeded to answer with sarcasm and she asked very loud for everyone to hear "Are we in United States of America?" "Do we accept American Express?". I was completely horrified by the unexpected behavior of this individual. I'm not sure what happened but her intentions were to embarrass me in front of everyone. She also added "I'm sorry but I'm not the machine to tell you if we accept American Express". The whole thing took me by surprise and I was in disbelief. When completing the transaction I asked her if I could borrow her pen and I proceeded to write her name down to report the incident to the corporate office in San Francisco. When exiting the store I asked to speak with the store manager and shared with her the embarrassing experience at this store location. STORE #944. We live in a world that we should not allow anyone disrespect us or embarrass us in any way no matter what color, gender, height, ethnicity, weight etc. I'm not sure why the have NAYY at the register. They should place her in the back doing inventory or opening boxes but this individual is not capable to serve customers. Thank you - Grisel (Brickell, Miami FL)

    I've done some serious shopping at different Sephora Stores in the (305) & I have the VIP Rouge status to show for it. Some experiences have been good & some have left me wanting to just shop online 'cause the customer service has been terrible. But....This Sephora Store at Merrick Park was an absolute pleasure to shop at and my sales associate, Marilyn, was outstanding - great customer skills, friendly and knowledgeable of the products I asked her about; she even gave me samples of products I may like to try out before purchasing the full size....fabulous & cost saving since beauty products can rack up the $$$..! The checkout with Leydis (spelling?) also met & exceeded my expectations since she was also friendly and informed me of other store offers. From now on, this will definitely be my go-to Sephora store...!!!

    This is like my Candy store. I could literally spend half a day here and schedule a facial, makeup and have my skin critiqued then slowly browse through the aisles. This is one of the smaller Sephora store, if you prefer more variety I suggest you hit Sephora in Dadeland or Aventura. However, this store is super convenient if you're in Merrick Park shopping already. This location is fairly new so everything looks bright and clean! However, sadly to say, the associates are friendly but not helpful. At other Sephora stores I have at least 2 associates asking me if I need assistance. Here, they ring you up with a smile and let you wonder aimlessly through the store. Which I'm ok with because I do that anyways in any Sephora store, there's just too many goodies that I can't decide!! Down side: they don't comp your ticket if you parked in the garage. Well, at least they didn't offer to comp my ticket.

    ​Beautiful Sephora store located inside the Village at Merrick Park Shopping center. The ladies working in here are so nice and they were extremely attentive to us today. You get points signing in their rewards program for free. The lady at the register created an account for my daughter right there, in less than 7 minutes and she got a gift because of it as her birthday. Their products and prices are exquisite but completely reasonable for the high quality they offer, even though some of them, I can not afford.     This was the "professional" makeup that was done to me. Didnt even cover my blemish. Yes, i look awful!

    I want to start by saying that I do not intend to be rude or mean or put anyone down by this review, but my experience at this Sephora wasn't a pleasant one. I went yesterday to get my makeup done and I had a young man (dont remember his name) and I believe he simply did not know what he was doing. I dont know if it was his first time or what but i basically had to come home and redo my makeup for the event I was going to. I have done my makeup here before and I always love it so i was in shock when this happened. When you go get your makeup done professionally you expect your makeup to look nicer than if you did it and I felt like I could have done way better. The young man even asked me to apply my own eyeliner and mascara. And the mascara I had to remind him that none had been applied. I simply think he needs a lot more practice before Sephora uses him on other people because what he did to my face was unacceptable. I probably should have said something at the store but to be honest I was so upset and in a rush to get home to redo my makeup that I didnt :(

I was insulated and told her NO, I dont do my nails or hair I went there as a Breast Cancer patient and I will dispute the bill but I cant believe you are talking to me that way, she then follows up with well then you are very irresponsible and I will not write off the bill. I said wow I am so happy I did not choose your office I hope you have a better day... well she actually hung up on me. She did not even try to resolve the issue instead she insulted and disrespected me all for $176.92. Sorry Doctor you wife is very rude to your patients and no one tells you about it so sad.

I booked my procedure last minute and I was so frustrated trying to get my hemo up and they did everything they could to help me. I had a hiccup day of surgery but again, him and his team did everything they could for me and I was able to be seen just two days later. They all went above and beyond for me. From start to finish. I wanted to publicly apologize for how I treated Dr. Askari at my follow up appointment. I was so mean to him because I didn't like my results. Well now I'm 10 months out and I love them. I regret going off on him instead of waiting. I was swollen and couldn't stand up straight, my results wouldn't have come for another 6 months. I wish I knew this beforehand. That's my fault. All of it was. I'm sorry. I know I burned this bridge, so I did end up booking my next round with another doctor. However, if anyone asks, I will forever recommend Dr. Askari. His after care in recovery was top notch. They made sure I was warm and in no pain. My scars are as thin as a pencil line. He did what he had to do to ensure my blood supply was good and that I wouldn't get necrotic skin. He even went above and beyond with my muscle repair on my tummy tuck. I didn't find that out until I had to have surgery on my uterus and my gyno surgeon told me what he did. Something I should have paid extra for, he did for me as a courtesy. I was in awe and immediately felt so much worse. I missed out on one of the best surgeons in Miami because of my bad attitude and impatience. There is nothing that I can do now except apologize and continue to recommend him to anyone who asks. 10/10. He's incredible and anyone can trust this man with any work that you decide to get done.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Flagler location left me extremely disappointed. I booked my appointment online with stylist Loida. The website quoted me $253 for a full hair color (balayage) and haircut, so I felt comfortable knowing what to expect. Once I was already in the chair with foils in my hair, Loida suddenly told me she "forgot to talk about price" and that the website "doesn't really know what you need." She then involved another employee, Ingrid, who unnecessarily inserted herself into the conversation and made me feel even more pressured. They started justifying higher charges because Loida is a "master stylist," my hair is long, and additional services were "needed." Which the master stylist price is already online...The new price they gave me? $349...almost $100 more than what the website quoted. She added charges for things like root blending (which I've never been charged for with balayage), Olaplex and even a blow dry, which in my past experiences the blow dry was already part of the signature haircut. Which I'm sure of this because sometimes I've gotten the signature haircut without needing the the blow dry. After I pushed back, the total was reduced to $303, but that's still unfair compared to the $253 I originally booked. And it was only reduced because I told her to take out the Olaplex and the additional blow dry she added. Also the deep conditioning treatment was not even close to what they've done beige. All she did was add conditioner and leave it there for a few minutes. While the color itself turned out nice, the way I was treated felt manipulative, like I was being gaslighted into paying more for service I wasn't really getting. This has never happened to me at other Ulta locations. If the Flagler location doesn't fix this pricing issue, you will lose loyal customers like me. Transparent and consistent pricing is key. Customers should never feel blindsided or pressured once they are already in the chair

    I feel it necessary to post a review because I completely don't agree with the negative reviews…read morebelow. First, how someone did or didn't greet you is subjective. For me, I prefer stores where the sales associates not walk over to me the second I walk into the store. For someone else, they might feel that the service is lacking if the sales associates don't say hello the minute they walk in. This is totally subjective and doesn't represent the quality of the makeup at KIKO. Like many other makeup brands, not every single KIKO product is my absolute favorite and what might be a favorite of mine, based on my skin coloring, sensitivity or the look I'm trying to achieve, may not be a favorite to someone else. It's common sense. But.....KIKO has a lot of really great makeup products at an amazing price. Where I use to pay $40 for a NARS bronzer, I now pay $12 for two bronzers at KIKO, and I like them better. I've switched many of my more expensive Chanel, Nars and Dior products for KIKO and I couldn't be happier. Take the time to look on YouTube for KIKO dupes, you won't be disappointed and your wallet will thank you :)

I have visited The KIKO stores overseas and the staff are ALWAYS wonderful. After all, they are there to sell and help. Crazy I know. This concept seems to allude a majority of the staff at the Kiko Milano Lincoln Road location. A majority of the staff at the Lincoln Road location - terrible, awful, really really bad customer service (save for the beautiful black girl at the register with the million dollar smile and personality to match). The big sasquatch with the really thick accent is horrible to deal with. Her indifference and bad attitude are projected from the moment you see her. Miserable. Someone needs to tell her she is SELLING cosmetics not air or water. No-one needs another lipstick or eyeshadow palette. Seriously! The other one with the bleach blond over processed hair and the dark black roots is equally as miserable. You really don't want to ask her for anything. Excuse me do you mind telling me where the makeup remover is or should I just go play in traffic?! She might just say- go play in traffic. Yikes! I don't know what else to say. Perhaps, retraining? Demerits for customers who walk out because they can't deal with these two losers. The store is kept immaculate. FLoor is clean, stations are well stocked and clean. You will walk out with gorgeous makeup but not a warm fuzzy customer service experience from this lot.
